Very positive experience. I was initially quite nervous of the company and buying used drives. I bought four and unfortunately two were indeed faulty. I was dreading this as I thought I had been scammed after the reading of horror stories of other companies making returns impossible or going silent but this was truly easy, they were responding same day to email, communicative, everyone was perfectly helpful and very understanding and offered an exchange, change to a different model, or a refund I know it seems strange to write a review with something like this but it’s a genuinely positive experience and these were used drives, things happen. My only complaint was having to pay for return shipping where other companies offer it for free. Will happily buy from them again.

I have ordered 20 something drives over 15 or 16 orders. Shipping has always been on time, packaged extremely well, with no packaging faults. Only one drive arrived unsatisfactory and Server Part Deals not only took care of me fully but handled everything very fast. All of the other drives arrived exactly as advertised and have all cleanly passed full read and writes across the entire drive. The only thing I would like to see different is a record of the length of warranty included on a purchase, as the listing goes away and if you did not record it before that, it seems it cannot be found anywhere. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a better experience and they have definitely earned my loyalty.

I am giving this a 4-star rating because while the customer support was truly exceptional, the lack of clear upfront disclosure on import fees for international buyers creates unnecessary difficulty. I had to initiate an RMA for three defective SSDs. As an international customer, my biggest concern was avoiding being double-taxed on customs duties and VAT for the replacement shipment. The support team handled this flawlessly. They confirmed they would manage the customs declaration for the warranty return, provided a prepaid shipping label for the return, and were proactive in chasing the package when it was delayed in transit with FedEx. When the exact replacement drive was out of stock, I opted for a full refund. The dedication of the support team to resolve a complex, international warranty and customs issue was outstanding. The only reason it is not a 5-star review is the initial purchasing experience, where better transparency regarding international import costs is needed.

The hard drives arrived quickly and were fully functioning. The prices have been rising very recently, which is unfortunate, but the quality of the product is perfect.

Buying the package was easy and effortless, shipping wasn't as told. It took about 5 days instead of 2, but that was most likely due to the delivery company and it being holidays. Packaging was very good. The drives look good but I haven't tested them yet.

Prices are pretty good and shipping is fast. Sadly, I’ve had 2 drives that needed to be sent back.

First order was canceled because the product was or of stock, hence only 4 starts. Otherwise, great deal and pretty quick shipment to France! Thanks

my hardware didnt work well so i ordered another and they shipped not the one I needed and ordered it once again and here i am with my new hardware
