The office space we have at 17 State Street compares to none. Bethany and Melissa do an excellent job keeping the place going every day. I am proud to show off my office space. Having an immaculate place to work, with everything in order, makes for better mental health and better workday for all. I highly recommend the building for the amenities and prime location.

Signing up with Servcorp has been an extraordinary experience for our company. We were celebrating our 31st year in business when our business location was converted into a hotel.. Finding reasonable space in New York City is virtually impossible when you are trying to satisfy all of your criteria. Then I heard about Servcorp on CNBC and it was almost too good to be true. A fabulous NYC address , the most polite and accommodating staff, a gorgeous office and all tailored to our specific needs. I get to look at the Statue of Liberty all day , from my ceiling to floor windows in my office while sipping on my latte from the kitchen. The coffee here that you get complimentary , with your office is better than starbucks. The girls in the office always have a smile on their face and are helpful with any admin tasks that I may have. I feel like I definitely get more work done since moving into 17 State Street in N.Y City. I would highly recommend this office space to anyone who is looking to impress a client and have a good work environment.
