Ricki at the San Francisco location has been very helpful throughout our program duration. We had some confusion with locations and her and her staff made sure that everything was taken care of.

While I have been a client with ServCorp for several years, when I moved early this year to the Rosewood Court location, it became a whole new experience. I wanted to share with you that if you are looking for serviced offices or as in our case virtual offices you should look no further that Servcorp Los Angeles. As you know we are an Asian based company and use Serviced offices in a number of countries, we have just opened an office in LA, in other countries we have used one of the other large serviced office providers, and we couldn't bring ourselves to sign up with the people we are currently using, mainly because we find them to be incompetent and rude. Thats when we started communicating with Cindy and Adriana from Servcorp LA, and thank god we did! Firstly they were so professional, always responded when they said they would and more than that went far beyond the call of duty to make things happen for us. Just one example was the we had a very specific request that related to the interactive command system when someone rings in, this was not a function that was supported, but the lovely Adriana didn't even flinch, there was not even a hint of "we cant do that, or no one has ever asked for that" she simply said let me see what i can have my technicians do, she said she would get back to us by the close of business, well she did as she said that even though she didn't have a response from her technical team, the next day she told us that they had configured the system exactly how we wanted it, no charge, no attitude, and no problem. Thats only a sample of Adriana's and Cindy all out customer service and extremely professional attitude and customer focused customer service. So the motto of this story is that we are cancelling our agreements with our other Serviced office providers and moving all of our business to Servcorp, thanks girls, you made what would have been a show stopper a game changer!

There is truly no substitute for the level of sophistication and service that ServCorp provides. The 555 California Street office in San Francisco and its staff are astounding. Ricki and Amanda are a fabulous team and are always there to provide any assistance for me and my business.
