Completely inept staff or dysfunctional organizational structure. Zero attention to communications and customer support seems to be based on emotional appeal to sympathy. It's a pretty pathetic example of a private business. Definitely resembles something more like what I would expect from a public sector operation

I ordered surface disinfecting wipes based on the description as 50 count. They sent me one count. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, Serfinity stood by sending me one wipe for $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. Serfinity practices deception and price gouging in the face of a public health crisis. Bad bad people. Stay away! UPDATE: Vendor – thank you for apologizing for the “confusion.“ I have been unable by phone, email, or your website to get instructions to return this item. Please back up your apology by telling me how to return this item for a refund.

I received the wrong product. I called, emailed, sent pictures and followed up for my refund many times with no luck. Finally I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My experience was horrible and their inability to solve a simple issue was very frustrating!

They cancelled my three orders. Do not buy anything here. No phone calls and no proper reasons. I don't understand why the website shows “in stock” but never delivers. Very angry. I recommended the store to my friends, but none of their products were shipped, which embarrassed me. To make matters worse, one of my friends bought it later than we did, and it was more expensive than we paid，but it was sent out the next day. They canceled my order, so I called customer service. Giving me so-called apology and told me the price had gone up and I could order again. The new price was $20 more than my last purchase. Don't doubt that's how a company makes money. If you showed us that “in stock” and we paid for it. This was the contract. However，you broken down the contract and pursued higher interests.
