I had ordered a cloth propper tourniquet upon receiving my item I got not only the wrong item but a cheaply-made nylon plastic tourniquet this item did not match or look like the item in the picture in which I was wanting originally I have emailed the company I have called and left several messages and I'm waiting for a response do not but I repeat do not buy from these people or company I should say, its a bunch of b******* if anything companies like this shouldn't even be a standing company or be able to even service the medical field. This is unacceptable and I am just in disbelief at how a company like this is able to continue to run off of scamming people who are in need of medical supplies.

A very misleading company. I did not order any covid related items (mask, wipes, etc.) but a single standard medical item. their web page says "most items ship 1-2 days" and "this item requires 3-5 day processing" so, my item should have shipped in 4-7 days, right? I ordered on 10/8, i called 10/14 and an Indian answer center answered. He told me that my item shipped that day. Wow, what are the odds! On 10/20 i still have not received the item so i called again. I'm now being told that the item is shipping on 10/26. I never received an email confirmation of my order, thankfully i took screen shots of the process and saved them or i would have nothing to reference. If my single item of $400+ is not received in 7 days i will have to file fraud action through my AMEX. such a sham that places like this get away with being bad.....BBB has sever negative reviews too. I was hoping it was just covid related items that ppl were not receiving but guess it's all medical items. Update: i received my item on 10/28. It was what i ordered and no issues with the product or the packaging. I'm leaving the review a 1-star because of their lack of and miscommunication. I never received an email order confirmation, I shouldn't have to call to find out where my product is and be lied to about when its shipping. (20) day delivery is not acceptable.

be carful and reed others reviews.. its a scam company... make sure to call your credit card and stop the payment before its too late.

Deceptive advertising. Was wanting McKesson Medical Tape 2" x 10 yards. Their website shows a photo of a box of it and one sample roll (as other sites do). The price was $10.99 + 4.95 shipping. I presumed this was for a box of 6 rolls. Guess what- it was for one roll which normally sells for less than $2. BE CAREFUL.

Please contact your bank, point to them the transaction and ask them to retrieve your money from this companies account. They will be able to do that.

I don't trust these guys. I ordered in the morning and in the afternoon they called to say there was an error on the website and the price was more than double. No apology, no explaination just "how do you want to pay?"

This company is a fraud! I order masks when the pandemic started. I was under the impression that I was purchasing something that was in stock not in back order. Of course no phone number to contact them only via email and they never replied in till they feel like it. After waiting for a month and a half I had it with their excuses about shipping Every time I ask was two more weeks over and over! Finally I ask for a refund and they finally ship “my order” only that the item they ship was not what I order I guess they didn’t want to loose the sale and just send me whatever they wanted juts to keep my money! I contacted them after the 5th email about the item being wrong they offer me a $10 dollars refund but I had to ship back the package out of my own packet. I paid $58 dollars for masks and I received a plastic.99 cents wall mount for I don’t know what. I told them I was going to report them to the consumer’s authorities so they agree I’ll get the full refund back ones I ship the item they send that was wrong so I did and they keep that item as well and no refund no responses to my emails. Currently in contact with my bank and I’ll show them this reviews and I will also post them all over social media so they can’t keep scamming people. STAY AWAY FROM Serfinity Medical! Also uses a different name “Devine Medical for returns.

Same as the rest. Order ppe for healthcare. Never received... tracking website say not even shipped yet my credit card was billed. No phone number... Shysters🤬 EDIT! I was reviewing SERFINITY MEDICAL and the review posted as ABC Medical. Bye bye money
