I received my order (#1300) of 5 pr and followed the pre wear instructions to wash and air dried. Before trusting the claims (and fear of wet pants) I took 1/4 cup of water to test absorbency. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see the water pour thru ti the towel beneath. Nice underwear but NO absorbency!!!

The ones I ordered were too small Serenelle customer services were very quick and helpful. They agreed to send me a new order of a larger size, which was very good news for me as product seems to be a very well made and a good quality thank you Serenelle I eagerly await they delivery of my order in the larger size.

I saw the advert for these pants & after paying a small fortune for pads that didn't work, I thought well it's worth a try. When they came I couldn't wait to try them imagine my disappointment when they didn't fit. I waited a couple of weeks when I saw the advert again. I emailed their support team, & they got straight back saying they would send me some more free of charge & I could keep the first order. Wow that doesn't happen often. So if you order them just remember to order a bigger size. You won't be disappointed

Received panties but too small, so I would advise ordering the next size. I found the panties to be excellent quality. Surenelle are sending me further panties to replace the too small ones. I was delighted at this service as it is most unusual for a firm to do this.

The initial order arrived promptly but they were too small. I would suggest it might be advisable to order a size larger than you normally take as the pants are not as soft and flexible as expected. The order was re -sent in a larger size which are comfortable. There was no charge for the replacements.

The wrong size arrived and the company are sending me the correct size free of charge.

Received my order in the time stated, I had had them a few weeks before trying them having spent a long while using pads I didn't know if I could trust them. I was wrong, they did not leak, they were comfortable but slightly too small,I got in touch with Serenelle and now have replacements being sent in a larger size at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
