I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SERA LABS, FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE COST, ONE TIME I FORGOT TO CHECK FOR COUPONS , RIGHT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER A COUPON POPPED UP , I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REVIEWED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY APPLIED A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I JUST PLACED ANOTHER ORDER SO I HAVE IT IN PLACE AND DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ORDERING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. VERY HAPPY WITH SERA LABS. REGARDS TIM A
