Number one this product is weak it really doesn't help unless you are completely free of THC and CBD if you've never tried it before in your life maybe it'll help you and their return policy stinks even though I paid for the shipping for it they shorted me $20.

I was excited to try these face products, but I broke out in little bumps all over my face. I wrote the company to mail back the products for a refund. NO reply!! This company is a scam. They Do NOT care about their clients at all. Really sad that Nicole Kidman is the face of these products. She should have dug a little deeper and she would have figured out they were awful. Do NOT buy from these people!!!!!!!!

This company is a total scam and joke! I ordered the Melting strips to fall asleep within 10 minutes like they said I tried it for four nights in a row never worked! I tried to get my money back and the lady was very rude and acted like I needed to give it more time how much more time do you need to try to fall asleep using these things give me a break. I called and called I finally got a hold of somebody and said that they were going to credit my account after I returned the product in which I did I still have not seen any money returned into my account and it’s been almost 2 months! Don’t order from this company it’s a total scam!

Worst company ever… They’ve just stolen $105 from me. As per previous request, I sent the product back and was received on April 30. No sign of any refund. Even though they told me to return product for a full refund & a RMA was issued. About 15 phone call and at least 8 “escalations” and still nothing. Next step is to file a complaint with BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CORUPT COMPANY!!!

First of all they never tell the price of what you are ordering up front. Because it was on an AARP link I thought I could trust them. I placed an order and it came to 189.75, way too costly. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way I could do it. The product came and I thought it would just be a one time order. Well they have me on an auto delivery every month, which I did not agree to. Called 3 times to cancel and was told each time I would receive an email confirming the cancellation.I have yet to receive it. I finally called my credit card company to block any future attempts for payments from sera labs, or cbd anything, or gummies anything.

I had sent a note my 15 percent not taken off. She responds well call customer service. Ummm. Fix it. Last order you will get from me!😡

Becareful when purchasing any item. They did not show me a confirmation at the end of order. If package comes I'll let you know how long it took and the quality of the product. Good luck
