Great design and quality. Ships from China. Don’t pay for quick ship as there is no such thing. At the mercy of DHL domestically. All that being said, I get many compliments on my “cool new watch” which is an iWatch 4…..assembly is a tad time consuming, and switching bands is not a quick procedure; but not difficult either…..Company is dependable and timely in the response time to any questions

Slow response times, didnt honor discount, then refunded less than agreed upon amount. Case / watch band is nice, but silicon cover is too tight to fit in right.

I ordered for the Apple Watch size 45 what I received was a joke that would cover at least 30% of the watch cover probably made for the 42 mm watch. How can I get a refund ?? So they answered my review that I ordered the 38 which is a total BS! They also said that they will email me how to send it back and get a refund and that never happened! Total scam, DO NOT trust the 5 stars reviews!

Amazing product !!

Your website was deceiving!! It stated easy returns but in fact it is not easy. I bought your product as a gift for my husband and he did not want it . You did not provide instructions on how to return the item including a return address or label. There was no mention that the return cost would be my responsibility. It will cost me a minimum of $50.00 to return the watch. I would not recommend anyone to use or buy from your website.

This is an elegant and well-built case which has totally changed the character of my Apple Watch! I'm now stylin'... There are many watch cases, but Serafino has gone the extra mile for design. Well worth it.
