Took a week to arrive and was concerned when I saw it shipped direct from China. I love the case and band, quality is top notch. Instructions were slightly in adequate, but once I could see the screws to open the case it went together and I love it. I highly recommend this product and wish you could buy additional straps in orange, blue, red.

I bought one for my husband, purchased on July 25, delivered yesterday. He loves his new Apple Watch case. Fast delivery and they replied me every time I asking for information. Nice!

Update: I eventually heard back from customer service and to their credit, they delivered a new case to me after I sent them a video of the issue I faced. Thank you for the kind gesture and understanding. I now have a new case that seems to be without the challenges I faced with the internal screw threads. ------ Definitely not made in Italy as it states on their site. Ships from China which means it's made there which would be fine usually but when the inside thread of the 3 out of 4 screw holes are completely stripped after several times attaching and detaching the back cover, it's simply not good enough. 2 screws even popped out after trying to take the watch off your wrist. Now I wear the watch without a back cover as it still looks good hence 2 stars and not 1. However, not great experience considering the case cost approx $250! Tried to contact customer service via email and chat...guess what? No response to email and chat seemed positive at first and then blank...no answer despite several attempts to revive my complaint. Poor quality and poor service, beware!

Product is cumbersome and a pain to use. Not easily interchangeable and the rubber holding was missing. Will request a refund

The watch bracelet came with no instructions to install. Or notice if tools needed. I had to take to a watch repair shop.
