The data provides potentially useful and actionable information. Although the reports seem like they should be easy to use, in fact they provide inadequate data for that. For example the estimate that I have a 60% risk of heart disease is unsupported by citations to data. 23andme puts my risk at 8%. Claims I should take Vitamin D to prevent MS are made without asking -- what are my Vit D levels? I had to find peer reviewed papers with dose response curves for Vitamin D and MS in order to see that I do not need additional Vit D. Your normal client will not be able to do that. I had to get peer reviewed papers on heart disease and my specific variants to get a better estimate of my own risk -- again only possible because I speak genetics.

Ken was prompt with a reply to my request for additional services since my testing is taking much longer than advertised. I appreciate good customer service so much and am grateful with his reply to credit my account for additional test results when my sequencing is complete. Thank you!!!

Ryan was an excellent customer service agent. He resolved my issue very quickly. I bought the pre-Black Friday bundle, but found out the actual Black Friday bundle was the same cost but with 5 additional reports. This made me feel uncomfortable with my purchase, but Ryan provided the 5 additional reports immediately when I raised my concern. He was very kind and respectful.
