I've been happy with quick response time to questions I've had about my result from their customer service team, specifically Logan. They are always respectful, thorough, and they address my concern best they're able.

I found a life-long genetic issue using this service. I also confirmed and diagnosed another suspected issue that was previously incompletely sequenced by one of those consumer-grade ancestry services. And, in addition, by having access to the full genome, I was able to eliminate suspected diagnoses fitting the clinical synopsis of multiple genetic issues. leading to discovering the true genetic basis for the issues at hand. I do genetic analysis as part of my practice. Without the complete genome, something will be definitely missed. I would definitely recommend sequencing.com to anyone who is looking for the true and root cause of issues that the modern medical doctor is in the dark about.

10/10 Great stuff all around

I bought the expedited kit during a sale and was quite happy when the lab actually had finished sequencing after 7 weeks (advertised was 6-8 weeks). So much for the good. But I'm mostly interested in the raw data and the support promissed links to the FASTQ and BAM files twice over the last 3 weeks but did not provide anything so far. I'll update this review if they provide the links soon. Otherwise I guess I'll have to go for a chargeback on my credit card ... Edit: The day after I wrote this review I received the download links and could access my raw data. A nice surprise was that the coverage appears to be 50x instead of 30x. I think this is now worth five stars (from three). Thanks!

Logan is really knowledgable and helpful. Had to stay up so i can chat to him online as lots is lost in emails, but he managed to fix up all my problems really quickly!

I had a couple of questions related to my order. I sent an email to support and was shocked to receive a reply in less than an hour! Ken answered that question and through several additional email messages, he answered every one of my questions immediately. He was patient, courteous, and professional throughout.
