Many of the free and for-fee reports are also nice compilations that can be handy to print out and share with one's physician. The pricing is excellent compared to alternatives (I really haven't found another platform that I could accurately describe as a competitor!). A minor improvement that would add value is a cross-person data compilation tool. I'm conducting a GWAS, working with multiple person's data to solve a rare disease, and I am having to cut and paste and do elaborate off-site data manipulation to determine genome overlap between persons. Their user-friendly product is at the leading edge of the genomic revolution, and they have invited all to the table by making their priceless tool accessible and affordable for all.
