MA conttatto il servizio clienti mi hanno rispedito il prodotto mancanti con ALTRI 2 CAMPIONCINI e la confezione regalo richiesta. Non ho pagato nulla per questa spedizione. Sono molto soddisfatta. Anzi credo che talvolta gli omaggi siano migliori negli acquisti on line che in negozio.

Sephora is my go to place for makeup and accessories. I love to browse the store and see all the new items on the shelves and try things out until I find the colors that match my skin tone. Usually, in non-COVID times, they will be happy to make you a small sample to take home and try before you buy. Additionally, their return policy is amazing because you can bring anything back you don't like even if it is opened and even if you have used it (not like all of it but a little bit) but you don't like it. Their customer loyalty program is amazing, with three tiers of levels depending on your annual spend. They've stepped up the gifts you can use your points for in recent years and I've gotten some amazing things like silk pillowcases, makeup bags, Turkish towels, etc. I'm pretty happy with them. Sometimes the gals working inside are snobby or unhelpful and cluster together to talk and can't be bothered to help, but usually someone will wander up to you and ask if you need something after a while.

Prima volta che acquisto online, e non posso dire nulla: pacco arrivato in pochi giorni, ottima comunicazione con BRT. Contattato via mail Sephora per una questione relativa ai punti accreditati, e mi hanno risposto nell'arco di un quarto d'ora. Certo, viste le recensioni, vivo nel terrore che la prossima con cui faranno casini con la spedizione saró io.. ma stavolta ho tirato un sospiro di sollievo.

I love the wide variety of products that are available at Sephora. Their employees are knowledgeable about the products and provide good advice. I really appreciate the policy that if the product you want is not in the store, they will order it to be sent by mail at no cost. All the online orders are processed quickly and packed well. Sephora is one of my favorite stores!
