My order was delivered way quicker than I expected. Soon as I ordered received conformation. Next day dispatch email and asked to wait for 24 hrs for tracking. Next day before even tracking info I received the package at my door step. How impressive was that!

Ich habe jetzt mehrmals bei Sephora bestellt und im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden und würde dort immer wieder bestellen. 2-3 der Bestellungen wurden storniert, weil die Artikel nicht mehr auf Lager vorrätig waren. Andere Bestellungen sind hingegen schnell geliefert worden mit schönen Proben dabei. Durch die häufigen Angebote kommt man manchmal günstiger bei Sephora weg, als z.B. bei Douglas. Finde die Auswahl an Marken dort auch gut. Meine Rücksendungen haben bisher auch immer problemlos geklappt und wurden meist schneller zurückerstattet als bei anderen Online-Shops. Würde den Online-Shop weiterempfehlen.

I have had placed numerous orders online with Sephora, did store pickup for all of them and I have had no problems. I haven't tried to have something delivered but we will have to see how it goes. All their products have been great so far and I haven't had any issues with Sephora. Plus my beloved mistress owner Goddess Mia is happy with my all of my purchases of makeup items have I received from Sephora. Thank you Sephora and you have gained a new customer. Also, I have enjoyed all of my Sephora purchases so much, that I have decided to get a Sephora credit card to help save on purchases and gain even more perks.
