I have had both online and in-store experience with these stores, I think they are pretty allright to find high-end brand materials. Very large roster of make-up and skincare products and fragrances for both men and women. I like shopping there from time to time and I have inclination to shop in-store because I like to try out some fragrances, and their sample policy is very good. Staff is very friendly in all of the sephora stores i have been in, they don't bother you a lot, they let you do your thing and they are ready to help if you have any questions. Good destination for this kind of stuff

Ho acquistato dei prodotti per alcuni pensierini ieri pomeriggio e, vista la mia indecisione, ho chiesto ad un’addetta alle vendite di aiutarmi. Per fortuna ho trovato quella giusta.. Meine Lieferung kam schnell, vollständig und unbeschädigt an, allerdings fand ich die Probe etwas frech. Ich hab für fast 300€ ausschließlich Damenprodukte bestellt und meine einzige Probe ist ein Parfüm für Herren... Das finde ich bei Douglas deutlich besser gelöst Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Good experiences so far, had to have my account credited points and they didn’t give me a hard time at all. Did have a little trouble with a sephora kohls purchase and sephora wasnt able to help, but from what I understand that’s more of a Kohl’s problem.
