SephoraReviews of sephora.com

Order number FN83864440 I have decided to give Sephora another chance and I’ve ordered 3 items. Blush was ok , 2 highlighters arrived totally shattered, parcel was not secured enough, only 2 pieces of the paper. I’ve sent the online form with the picture included, still waiting for the response.

Firma wydzwania do mnie z ofertą korzystając z jakiejś szemranej marketingowej bazy danych w której moje dane znalazły się w sposób NIELEGALNY. Jedna gwiazdka za ordynarny telefoniczny SPAM.

I ordered an item. I received the wrong item. I contacted customer services, no apology. I was told they would check the correct item was in stock. They confirmed the correct item was in stock. I returned the wrong item. Customer services confirmed the correct item would be sent. Today I receive the same wrong item! So I now have to return the wrong item again. So much of my time wasted.

I came to sephora to get a few products for me and a friend (who doesn’t live in a country that has sephora). I was browsing through items and grab a few in a store shopping bag , and one in a recycling bag; in specific it was an empty lulu bag because I don’t prefer getting store bags to save the environment ( just so I know to do it in 2 transactions). Now I was browsing all the way until I was looking at lash serums , an employee and A security guy came up to me and said I forgot to pay for an item (Olaplex lash serum) and without saying much, escorted me to the cashier and asked to checked my bags. I showed them my bags and explain the situation to them. They also asked me if I will pay for the products and I said yes of course. I am not pleased by how they approached me and gave me a look like I am stealing (1. Please note that I never run or escape out of the store) despite listening to my explanations. In my opinion, staffs could’ve ask me if I want leave everything I got so far at the cashier while I’m browsing. I paid for everything and I'm $954.47. As soon as I walked out , I decided to come back in to do a refund for everything because as a customer, I feel very humiliated and hurt by the performance of the staffs here. I did not feel happy getting the product at all. I told myself that I will never step foot into the store again.
