Ordered on 1st December quite late and parcel came today by Royal Mail, very pleased with the product and the delivery time

Grande gentillesse et compétence des personnes rencontrées, le tout avec le sourire : Anne-Rose (stagiaire) ELEA - vendeuse LATIFA - Lancôme /YSL MARIE - (gravure sur flacon acheté) FELICITATIONS - On aimerait être reçus de cette façon dans bien des magasins... ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. I ran out of two products and had no time to go to the store. Tried an alternate product I had on hand and it caused my skin to breakout. Desperate I went online to Sephora, late afternoon and placed the order, they delivered it within hours with a nice free sample. I thought Amazon was amazing but Sephora, just wow, thankful and very impressed. Well done!

Oggi sono andata da Sephora Napoli (Galleria Umberto I) e per la prima volta sono rimasta molto soddisfatta . Mi ha aiutato una make up artist di nome Teresa, una ragazza bravissima, paziente e molto competente. Mi sono congratulata anche alla cassa per la sua bravura. Per la prima volta dopo molto tempo sono stata veramente aiutata poiché da Sephora tutte le volte ho avuto a che fare con personale sgarbato , svogliato e incompetente. Ci vorrebbero più persone come Teresa e non dovrebbero essere una rarità come accade da Sephora Napoli.

Habe eine Sephora Kundenkarte und ich liebe es. Kriege gute Proben zu meinen Bestellungen, und die kommen auch immer pünktlich und heil an.
