My experience with Sephora has been generally average. Firstly, the range of products in the stores is extensive, and I appreciate the fact that they carry items from various brands. They consistently update their inventory, providing customers access to the latest offerings in the world of cosmetics. However, there are times when the service in the stores falls short. Checkout lines can be quite long, and the staff doesn't always seem attentive to customers. Additionally, employees may not always be readily available to offer detailed product advice, which could be problematic, especially for those less familiar with the cosmetics industry. The prices of the products can be relatively high, which might deter some shoppers. Nevertheless, Sephora offers a loyalty program that allows customers to earn rewards and discounts with their purchases.

Bisher hatte ich nur positive Erfahrungen mit dem Onlineshop von Sephora gemacht. Die Ware wurde immer zügig versandt und kam schnell bei mir an. Nun musste ich mich das erste Mal mit einem Anliegen an den Kundenserivce wenden. Ich habe innerhalb von 6 Wochen mehrfach den Kundenservice per Mail und Kontaktformular kontaktiert und bis jetzt immer noch keine Antwort auf eine meiner Nachrichten erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist eine reine Katastrophe, Anfragen werden wohl einfach vollständig ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Sehr kundenunfreundlich!

Con Sephora mi sono sempre trovata bene, solo che non abitando vicino il negozio fisico compro quasi tutto online, un consiglio spassionato che do all'azienda è di cambiare corriere, con Bartolini solo PESSIME esperienze, l'ultima disavventura poi mi sta trattenendo dall'effettuare un nuovo acquisto sul sito

Really slow customer service responses. I have been in touch regarding a missing delivery that I have never received, and their responses are incredibly slow and so the process of getting it sorted is really slow. I just want my money back for my undelivered parcel.

Okay I’m not actually giving them ANY stars but a lot of these complaints are because your on Sephora.com …. A scam website of Sephora.co.uk (if your in the uk I’m not sure what the official website is for USA) but just know, before you bash the brand Sephora you bought off of a fake website. So of course your orders not turning up half the products on there are dead stock which haven’t been sold legitimately in A WHILE!!! Watch out and if a website looks a bit messy in the way things are set out or ridiculously cheap always see if your on the legitimate site!
