- I was in NYC, I wanted to buy few items for my wife and friend's wife. no one at the stores would help me go over the list and get the items. - I decided instead to place order online and pick up at the shop. - No matter what I tried they would verify my account to place the order. - I've never seen a company that is so persistent in not taking people's money.... I'll take my 1000$ purchase to some place else your loss.... - The customer support chat is just trivial replies and asking for the same information over and over again. - Physically at the store no one really wants to help.... It's just so frustrating that the process isn't easier...

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza con il personale di Sephora è stata piuttosto deludente. Il servizio è sembrato poco cordiale e poco attento, rendendo l’esperienza di acquisto molto meno piacevole. Al contrario, apprezzo particolarmente il personale di Douglas in Via Roma. Il team è professionale, attento e ben preparato. Si impegnano a capire ciò che cerchi, ti informano sui punti che hai accumulato e spesso ti offrono una borsa con campioni scelti in base alle tue preferenze. E, soprattutto, sorridono e ti fanno sentire la benvenuta. Le persone tornano in un negozio non solo per i prodotti, ma anche per la qualità e la professionalità del servizio. Se l’esperienza in negozio è poco cordiale o indifferente, c’è ben poco motivo per andarci, quando puoi semplicemente acquistare gli stessi prodotti online e rimanere di buon umore. Spero che Sephora possa prestare maggiore attenzione al servizio alla clientela e alla formazione del personale. I prodotti possono portare i clienti in negozio, ma è un servizio professionale e di qualità che li fa venire voglia di tornare.

The 2.8 stars doesnt surprise me because Sehora does not care about their customers. As long as their pockets are filled thats all they care about. I will be going directly to the brands from now one. Absolutely digusting behaviour.

Sephora Auchan. Tous simplement...null!

I placed an order with them today and tried to cancel it. I couldn't figure it out so I contacted customer service. They said that I couldn't cancel it, even though it had only been half an hour! This is not good customer service!!!

Wir hatten ein Parfüm am 5.8. bestellt weil es im Angebot war. Ich hatte mit Paypal bezahlt und alles war ok. Nach 9 Tagen rief ich bei der Sephora Hotline an um zu fragen wo meine Bestellung bleibt. Die Dame sagte mir das mein Konto nicht gedeckt war mit Paypal und darum storniert worden wäre. Ich habe das geprüft. Sephora hat die Bestellung 4 Stunden später selbst storniert. Schade. So geht es natürlich nicht.

Waste of time and money. There’s way better choices out there to choose from.

Ho effettuato un ordine con un importo preciso per avere diritto ad un omaggio presente solo tramite app e in determinate giornate. Il pacco é arrivato, ma dell'omaggio neanche l'ombra. Ho scritto al servizio clienti (che per onore di cronaca ha risposto in maniera rapida e cortese) e mi hanno risposto che l'omaggio non mi sarebbe stato inviato e mi hanno proposto un buono di valore irrisorio, rispetto alla cifra minima richiesta per avere diritto all'omaggio. Pessima esperienza.
