SephoraReviews of sephora.com

False advertising! The site said the item will arrive on Monday 23rd so i went ahead and ordered. Once the item was marked as shipped, the delivery date changed to Friday 27th - way after Christmas! I wouldn’t have ordered if the 27th was shown as delivery date! Lies just to make you hurry up and order! Will be returning it

Do not shop at Sephora I got charged for a refund on my bill a year ago and they doubled my refund charge and now they’re charging me fees on my refund. I don’t even have an account anymore. I still have to dispute this every month they send me a bill because they won’t take off the refund.

Horrible customer service contacted customer service more than a couple times. Never received a response back.

Ordered an item for the better half on 15/12/2024 ... Here we are on 24th December and not received anything, indeed the courier tracking shows they haven't received the item. Attempted to contact Sephora to no avail, no response whatsoever! Thank god I paid by Paypal so now in the process of them refunding me.

Zwróciłam część produktów dwa tygodnie temu i do chwili obecnej robią problem ze zwrotem pieniędzy. Bardzo złe podejście do klienta !!!!

Sephora varese corso Matteotti.
