EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY CASHIER AT SEPHORA DUFFERIN MALL. Being using Sephora for almost a decade now, though I know most of their store personnel do not have good customer relations but their are few who goes out and beyond to help with your purchase. I got helped by one of the staff Deliria(very nice sales agent) but there was this rude girl at the cashier, who attended to me and was just yelling. I have never left a low review like this on Sephora but this girl at sephora dufferin mall needs to be checked. Will never go there again and won't recommend Sephora dufferin mall either. If you don't want to have a bad experience, avoid Sephora dufferin mall

Do not to business with Sephora -- they lie about their return policy. I opened and tried a product but found it gritty. I wrote them and asked if that was normal and they said yes but if I didn't like it I could return the product for a full refund. So I sent it back. Over a month later they finally replied that they won't refund my purchase price because I'd opened the product. WTF? I'd made it crystal clear I was returning it after I'd opened it, which is the only way I would know it was gritty. So, don't believe them if they say you'll get a refund. Use it on your turtle or something that can handle poor quality face products. And buy from another cosmetics company that has integrity.

nie otrzymałam przesyłki od 31.12.2024. Sephora.pl 30 dni unika odpowiedzi na reklamacje, ignoruje ustawowy termin 14 dni. Ani zwrotu ani odpowiedz na reklamacje 8 wysłanych zgłoszeń, kilkanaście telefonów. Jeśli zdecydujecie się kiedykolwiek na zakupy w sephora.pl korzystajcie z karty kredytowej żeby korzystacie z chargeback.

Horrible experience. I had a sealed Sephora gift card with a 40 dollars balance. When I tried to use it , it showed zero balance. Sephora said that the card d was hacked and they would not give a refund or do anything about it even though the card was new and sealed. Horrible customer service and horrible company! I still have the card and seal for verification.

Awful they lost my items and just texted me about rules about transit company and didn’t even trying to do something it was my dream Dior palette and contour which was 62$ and i was sure that my friends didn’t touch or open box but they didn’t want to admit that they didn’t send it

Nie działająca stron zrobiona przez jakiś kompletnych idiotów, nie można mieć zapisanego numeru telefonu na koncie, bo przy składaniu zamówienia kod się rozwala i nie pozwala zamówić. Oprócz tego bardzo szemrane żebranie o dane prywatne, w zasadzie klasyczny case, ale i tak żałosne. Klasyczna strona zrobiona na kolanie, bo po co się starać dla jakiś tam polaków. Tak drogie produkty i tak drogie rzeczy za taki słaby serwis? Drogi zarządzie- proszę powtórzyć Porter's Net Value chain i się poprawić. Nie polecam nie pzdrawiam.
