I tired to use my Sephora gift card. The cashier was not able to scan the card or put in the number in the register so I could use it. She told me that she could not read the numbers. She told me to call the number on the back of the card. (Famous words used by a cashier when they need to get rid of a customer). I called the number on the back of the card. They told me that they can not do anything nor refund the card. Then they transfered me to customer service. Customer services says I need to talk to the gift card dept. So I get the run around and noone could help me. My kids bought this for me as a mothers day present ($100 gift card). Their hard earned money has gone to waste. Sephora is a waste. They never restock any products that I need. No wonder compaines are leaving Sephora. This was a horrible experience as customer. I'm so disappointed....

I bought three products that made my face very dry and inflamed my eczema even though I’d read reviews that it was good for eczema prone skin. I emailed Sephora with pictures to ask for a refund and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service.

Sephora shipped my order to an old address even though I had changed, saved, and checked my new address before placing the order. My new address is also set as the default address in my account. Instead of addressing this, Customer Service has spent days repeatedly explaining Sephora’s policy on forwarding companies — which is completely irrelevant. The forwarder did not lose the package. Sephora sent it to the wrong address in the first place. One representative initially offered a reshipment, then Sephora reversed that decision and refused both replacement and refund. What is most frustrating is not even the value of the order, but the way Customer Service keeps avoiding the actual issue and responding as if the customer cannot understand a very simple distinction. It feels like an insult to common sense. Very disappointing experience from a company of this size.

Carte cadeau expirée, montant non utilisé : je demande simplement quelques mois de prolongation à titre exceptionnel. Réponse de Sephora : « Non, nos CGV ne le permettent pas. » Aucun geste commercial, aucune solution, aucun effort pour fidéliser un client. Juste une réponse froide derrière les CGV. On parle pourtant d’un montant déjà payé et destiné à être dépensé chez Sephora. Pour une enseigne de cette taille, cette rigidité commerciale est franchement consternante. Très déçu. Sephora vient clairement de perdre un client.

DON'T TRUST SEPHORA, I BOUGHT SOME ITEMS ONLINE, I HAVE AN INVOICE BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP - IGNORE MANY EMAILS, THE CEO OF THE HEAD OFFICE IN FRANCE DOESN'T CARE.

I found a couple of products I wished to purchase, so I decided to open an account. No matter what combination of letters, numbers ,symbols I used and up to 20 of them, I was told the security was insufficent. They advertise online facebook communication, this was not working. So I tried through their email link, twice I was told to refresh the page and try again. Had to give up. I'll spend my money elsewhere. So communciation stars zero

OnTrac and Sephora are a nightmare. OnTrac logs completely fraudulent tracking data. They scanned my package at a warehouse and then marked it as "business closed" at my residential condo just 17 minutes later. Driving to a city 15 miles away and completing a delivery in 17 minutes is a physical impossibility. It is pure "ghost scanning" to fake their delivery metrics. When I chatted with Sephora twice to report this, I genuinely believed the tracker and was terrified my package would be automatically returned to sender after 3 failed attempts. I begged for help, but the agent (April) completely ignored my words, offered ZERO solutions, and just repeatedly pasted the exact same robotic script to "wait." As soon as it became inconvenient for her, she abruptly ended the chat session. I asked if she was an AI because her responses were so lifeless and unhelpful. This is a critical warning if you live in a condo or apartment complex: OnTrac drivers regularly use the fake "business closed" or "no access" excuse to completely skip secured buildings because they are too lazy to use the intercom panel or call your phone. Why use a scam courier like OnTrac when my last order via UPS was flawless? Sephora saves money on cheap shipping and leaves customers to waste time and deal with anxiety. I will NEVER shop at Sephora online again.

Since there is not a possibility of finding a complaint email address for Sephora Serbia, this is where I will complain. Every time I shop there, they never give me any gifts with purchase - samples, mini perfumes, mini skincare, nothing!!!! I know for sure they have them but they are obviously keeping them to themselves and sharing them!!! This is literally insane, since those little gifts are future purchases, because you can actually test the product. Every time I ask for those, the answer is the same - We dont have anything right now! Shame on you!!!! I won't be going there anymore!!!
