Sephora can't be nicer when making a purchase, but when it comes to a return, nope. Wasted 30min as the "manager" couldn't find the policy on returns. She told me there was a 30day return policy, BUT WHEN I SEARCHED Google, THAT WAS IN PLACE FOR 1 MONTH. but when I purchased the associate said items can be returned at any time. Was he lying or this associate who said she's manager but not state on her tag. This place is a joke, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, ITS LIKE BUYING A PROMISE FROM A SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. JUST USE VASELINE AND YOULL BE BETTER THAN IF YOU BOUGHT THEIR OVERPRICED CRAP!!! THEN SHE SAID SHE CAN HELP ME FOND SOMETHING ELSE TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON. I Told HER I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN THAT ITS A JOKE, WANTS TO KEEP YOUR MONEY BUT NOT MAKE RETURNS. ON MY RECEIPT IT SAYS CHECK ONLINE FOR RETURN POLICY Which MEANS THERE WAS NO RETURN POLICY!!!

Order: #720013009097 The company took my money and shipped me only a half of my order. Fedex confirmed that the total weight of the parcel received from Sephora was not more than 2.2.lbs (1 kg). This should be the weight of only 2 sets from my order (the weight of 1 set is 1.1 lbs or 0.5 kg)! Where is the weight of all samples and of all minis? Where is the weight of a thick parcel cardboard box? Where is the weight of 2 protection papers inside of this box? The total weight should be about 2.8 lbs. Sephora shipped only 2.2 lbs and says that everything was inside. The parcel was unpacked under cameras just after its receipt in Wilmington. This video was downloaded on youtube and sent to Sephora as a link. They could see there all the details. They could see their intact parcel. Its unpacking. Everything what was inside. In all details. Using of the business addresses as shipping addresses does not allow the people from warehouse of Sephora to take my money and to ship me a half of my order. These facts are confirmed by all information described above. May be Sephora can not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels but they are fully responsible for SHIPMENT of all paid products. Or return money for all products that were out of stock after payment. There is nothing in your rules that says that you have the right to receive the money and to ship only a half of the placed order. The confirmed weight of the parcel and the video with parcel unpacking confirms that not all items from my order were shipped by Sephora.

They charged me a late fee when I wasn’t late . I called and they were very rude . I will not be talked to like that . I canceled my account . I can buy what I need elsewhere .

As a newly registered customer, I placed my second order (#723010001199) with Sephora, and it never arrived. Despite providing official proof that the package never entered my address, I received no solution. Customer service agents Maria, Daniel, and even shift supervisor Adam offered nothing helpful. Maria terminated the chat mid-conversation. This level of service is unacceptable for a global brand. I’ve closed my account and will never order again. I urge others to proceed with caution.

Złożyłam zamówienie online (nr 7048093398), które miało zawierać trzy produkty – szminkę, tusz do rzęs i wosk do brwi FLUFF & FIX BROW WAX. Otrzymałam tylko dwa pierwsze produkty. Karton był nienaruszony, zapieczętowany, nieuszkodzony, więc wykluczam ingerencję osób trzecich. Zgłosiłam reklamację, dołączyłam paragon, zdjęcia oraz pisemne oświadczenie. Niestety, Sephora ją odrzuciła, twierdząc, że monitoring potwierdził kompletność paczki. Moje słowo jako klientki zostało całkowicie zignorowane. To bardzo rozczarowujące podejście do klienta. Zamiast wyjaśnić sprawę, firma z góry zakłada, że klientka kłamie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – przy jakimkolwiek błędzie ze strony magazynu zostajesz z niczym.
