The selection of brands is great. I wish they'd have more sales events where I could pick up items cheaper. I like the free samples they send with my purchases, however I also had trouble with a recent order where a lipstick was missing. It took some arguing with customer service to get the missing lipstick shipped. Apparently the company thought I had used it up or sold it and wanted a free replacement.

Dropped by the Sephora at Armazéns do Chiado while I was in Lisbon. Place looks nice and there’s a good range of perfumes, but honestly felt a bit chaotic. Kinda hard to find someone to help, and when I did, they seemed a bit stressed or in a hurry. Not a bad store, just didn’t feel super welcoming. Ended up buying something, but wasn’t the best shopping experience I’ve had

Bought my HG foundation with them and had an order issue. Their site and service could use a little upgrade.

I really wanted to love my experience at Sephora, but the customer service just wasn’t there. I walked in excited to browse and maybe try something new, but finding help was frustrating. The staff wasn’t rude, just kind of… absent. I had a few questions about foundation shades, but no one checked in with me. When I finally asked for help, the response felt rushed, like they were eager to move on. I still love Sephora for the selection, but shopping there should feel more personal. A little more attention to customers would go a long way!

I got all the beauty products I ordered for and I really love them, but the delivery was not prompt as promised. Do better next time guys

Das ein Shop wie Sephora keine Bezahlung Möglichkeiten wie Giropay, oder Sofortüberweisung anbietet ist schon beschämend. Dafür ziehe ich die 2 Sterne ab.
