I've shopped with Sephora for years and haven't had problems until this year. First of all, they never send the samples you've requested anymore-- they don't even send products from the same category as if they were out and substituted it, they'll just like throw in an eye cream sample when you wanted a fragrance. This is mostly Sephora's loss, since I've definitely found favorites and made purchases through the free samples program. The stores are hellish so I prefer to shop online. More importantly, Sephora uses unreliable third-party shippers like OnTrac to make deliveries. It seems like every other delivery now is either not delivered at all, or I spend 5+ hours over multiple days with customer service trying to manage a $40 order's delivery. It shouldn't be this hard. Just use UPS like the good ol' days.

Same day delivery? In what world does that guarantee? Maybe update that on your website as to not set high expectations on your customers. Just saying !

Bought some expensive products at a mall Sephora (25 mile drive to mall). The clerk clearly stated that the product was exchangeable/returnable, 'not to worry'. Looking at products at home I decided to exchange for a lighter shade. I went to the Sephora at Kohls but was told. 'NO, Sephora Kohls is NOT the same as a mall Sephora NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES with that mall stuff'. WTF???? So now I get to drive 25 miles back to the mall to exchange, but in my case RETURN because I want nothing to do with their lies and games!
