SHAME on Sephora for supporting the proliferation of antisemitism. SHAME! Boycott this company.

i bought a perfume online and the bottle was broken, I tried contacting for costumer support and I get no response this is so ridiculous!

Ice un pedido el dia 29 de julio, para que me llegara para el cumplean̈os dia 7 de agosto de mi hija , el servicio de mensajeria dijo que vino y es mentira , pero lo peor de todo es que llamaba a diario y escribia correos y asta el dia 6 nadie me digo que se lo devolvieron, otro pedido mas de lo mismo servivio de mensajeria paack una basura , y el servicion de atencion al cliente se sepohra mas de lo mismo!! Son unos incopententes!! Lo mas normal es que si os escribo y llamo se avise antes.

Ich habe bei Sephora für über 150 € bestellt – zwei Produkte fehlten komplett im Paket (Milk Setting Spray & Bronzer von Make-up by Mario). Ich habe den Schaden direkt gemeldet, die Retoure ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllt (inkl. der Angabe, dass die Artikel nie geliefert wurden) und ein defektes Produkt zurückgeschickt. Statt einer Rückerstattung wurde ich wochenlang vertröstet. Der Kundenservice verwies pauschal auf eine DHL-Schadenanzeige – obwohl die Produkte gar nicht im Paket waren. Selbst nach Rücksendung aller Beweise wurde mir nur ein Bruchteil erstattet – über 70 € wurden einfach einbehalten. Transparenter, fairer Kundenservice? Fehlanzeige. Ich habe alle Schritte korrekt befolgt – aber Sephora gibt die Verantwortung konsequent ab. Für mich war das die letzte Bestellung. Absolute Enttäuschung.

Called Sephora customer service to see if they price match Neiman Marcus...The rep said they do but not any sale prices...WHAT? The majors like Dr Barbara Sturm don't sell their products to Nordies, Bloomies and Neiman's at different prices. Only when these stores offer a sale like Sephora's twice a year sale or Neiman's Beauty and Fragrance sale do retailers have a discounted price. I felt this was false advertising on Sephora's part. The Sephora tag line is: "Yes, Sephora does price match Neiman Marcus, but only for non-sale items." Be clear then Sephora. YOU REALLY DON"T PRICE MATCH.

Nothing like they used to be. I ordered an expensive bottle of perfume for my birthday 3-4 days ago that was shipping from local warehouse and this morning they argued UPS had it but UPS says no. I canceled since they ruined my birthday and ordered from a retailer out of state. Very disappointed and won’t use them again. Beware! I will dispute charges if my account is not promptly refunded.

Delusa dal servizio online di Sephora Purtroppo devo esprimere la mia delusione per l’esperienza con gli ordini online su Sephora. Ho effettuato un acquisto e mi sono accorta subito dopo dell’errore su un articolo. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza per modificarlo, ma mi è stato detto che non è possibile effettuare alcun cambio una volta concluso l’ordine. Trovo assurdo che, nel 2025, un brand come Sephora non offra un minimo di flessibilità o una finestra temporale per correggere piccoli errori, soprattutto se l’ordine non è ancora stato spedito. È un limite serio del servizio, soprattutto considerando che molti altri e-commerce permettono di modificare o annullare l’ordine entro un certo periodo. Acquisterò in negozio d’ora in poi, almeno lì c’è più controllo e possibilità di scelta.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! I bought an expensive Killian perfume from them and got sent a cheap £5 Turkish perfume!!!! No refund …. No reply
