I found the perfect foundation in the best skin ever long lasting foundation in colour 21p. It's the first time in my 41 years on this planet that I have been able to just sweep on a foundation, feel fabulous and go! Unfortunately Sephora have ruined it by reformulating and changing the colours, I went instore and the replacement 15n was just yellow on me (not happy) I then tried 18n and even the 21p in the glow version and none of them matched me! I felt and looked like a Simpsons character! Sephora! Don't ruin a great product!!!! Bring back original formula 21p and keep your amazing customer base. BRING IT BACK! BRING IT BACK!

Nie wieder Sephora.Normalerweise heißt es 2 bis 3 Tage Lieferzeit aber ich warte schon seit über 3 Tage.Nie wieder bei denen bestellen

Mi sono fidata dell'impegno di Sephora di consegnare l'ordine entro due giorni lavorativi, ma dopo 4 giorni e mezzo di attesa il tracking si arena e parla di un generico ritardo non meglio chiarito, senza che si riesca a saperne di più. Certo che affidare gli ordini a Poste Italiane è un azzardo. Il servizio clienti via mail risponde, ma usa solo parole di circostanza (rammarico, indagine in corso, scuse)e non propone soluzioni a chi ha già pagato 125 euro, come me.

I can tolerate (but sad) that the website has become ugly with those ads at the bottom but the site becomes worse and worse with too many popups that you have to keep clicking throughout the whole time, WTH? Super annoying!!! Access denied errors all the time. Please hire competent tech people before all your customers leave you!

Deludente… amo fa erano molto bravi ma ad oggi il trattamento per i clienti è pessimo: ordine online del valore di 100 euro incartato male, nemmeno un po’ di cura e soprattutto zero campioncini. Follia pura, ad oggi ci sono talmente tanti competitor che sicuramente mi affiderò ad altri d’ora in poi.

Peggio di così non si può. Per niente chiari quando devono mandare campioni omaggio tattica per evitare di spedirli nei negozi fisici ancora peggio niente campioni omaggio pur avendo una sephora gold prezzi alti e maleducazione. A mai più
