Every time I try to order online with Sephora the transaction never goes through. I NEVER have this problem with any other cosmetic company I order online from. I do Apple Pay or PayPal to have a secure transaction and to keep my information private. They always ask me to use another method or credit card. It is obvious to me this is just a way to get my information and credit card on file. I stopped ordering from them because of this, even though this is the company my granddaughter wants gifts from. Such a racket.

In pratica se non spendi soldi entro 1 anno Sephora “ruba” i soldi, perché di questo si tratta. Delusissima. Chiamato servizio clienti che non può fare nulla a quanto pare.

I ordered the Mini Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion from Sephora (along with a few other items), but I received an empty box for the Potion. The other items also weren’t in ideal condition, but the Primer Potion was completely missing.

Pishing. Repport and stay away

Sephora has the WORST AND RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. They sent me a defective product then basically said they couldn’t do anything to help facilitate a replacement. Absolute trash company.

I received a broken item and asked customer service to refund or replacment but they told me you can’t make a claim Really disappointed All reputable stores compensate for any damage

Absolute nightmare to get hold of when things go wrong no way to communicate with an actual human just end up going round in circles on their online system. Ordered something for next day delivery via Asda Sephora Say they have dispatched item as to say they’ve yet to receive it in their System as to say contact SEPHORA would be great but there is nobody to contact at SEPHORA other than a stupid ticket system that nobody gets back to you. I’ve now waited seven days for a next day delivery item and still haven’t been able to get in touch with SEPHORA. If you have any serious money to spend I suggest you don’t spend it with SEPHORA.
