Ordered from Sephora for the first time because they were offering the product at a good price, better than competitors, and fast delivery. Three days later after no action, they emailed me to say “Whilst in the process of preparing your new order we sadly found that some of your items are now out of stock“. Black Friday offers that are now all over. You couldn’t make it up. No meaningful apology, no compensation, just a suggestion to re-order it when it comes back in stock. No doubt at a completely different price. So unprofessional for a global brand. My first and final order with this company. I have requested my account to be deleted.

Ich habe 2 Bodylotions und ein Duschöl als Weihnachtsgeschenke bestellt. Diese wurden in einem zu großen Paket ohne zusätzliche Polsterung versendet, sodass die Verpackungen beschädigt ankamen. Dies stellt jedoch nicht das Problem dar: Die Flasche des Duschöls wies mehrere Kratzer auf und einer der Tiegel war am Deckel bläulich verfärbt und hatte Absplitterungen, die jedoch nicht in der Verpackung lagen. Auch wenn die Beschädigungen am Tiegel eindeutig nicht auf den Versand zurückgeführt werden können, wurde ich vom Kundenservice an DHL verwiesen. Eine Rücksendung über das Retourenportal aufzugeben ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, da sowohl am Handy, als auch am Laptop eine Fehlermeldung bei Angabe der Begründung kommt, sodass die Retoure nicht aufgegeben werden kann.

Do not buy from Sephora en ligne , they don’t have customer service support, they don’t have any option to change/cancel/ or even speak to someone . For the next day delivery item it’s a false information it takes time to arrive .avoid buying from them ❌

Anulowałam zamówienie i mieli przysłać zwrot pieniędzy do dwóch tygodni, a mija już trzeci tydzień mimo wielu telefonów nie reagują na prośby o zwrot. Nie polecam

I ordered foreo, it was on 50 percent discount, for 3 days, it was showing that your package is getting ready n then on 4th day, got an email that they cant deliver and will cancel my order. I ordered this on black friday sale, i should have ordered from some different website rather. Now its full price everywhere. I will take this to consumer court

Sephora completely dropped the ball on my Advent Calendar order, and the delivery failure isn’t even the main issue. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is the cavalier, dismissive attitude I got when I reached out for help. USPS tracking showed “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” the entire time. The only thing delivered was the small free bonus item, not the actual Advent Calendar. When I contacted support, Domino at least tried, but the escalation manager, Gabriella from Client Service Escalations, insisted the item was “delivered early,” which was completely false. I was looking at the USPS website while chatting and could see exactly what the tracking said. They clearly never bothered to check it themselves. Their solution was either a refund or a reshipment that would arrive a week late, which makes the Advent Calendar pointless. No accountability, no urgency, no real compensation, just a nonchalant “oh well, too bad.” I also never received the refund email they claimed they sent. What shocked me even more is how low Sephora’s reviews actually are once you start looking. I genuinely thought Sephora was a well-known, well-respected company, but this experience shows they are not even close. They act like customers are disposable. At this point I honestly think people should stop supporting them. If this is the level of service they deliver, they don’t deserve the business.

Je souhaitais annuler une commande passée le Jeudi 27 au soir à 23h38. J’ai alors appelé le service client à 9h dès l’ouverture, on m’as signalé que la commande ne pouvait pas être annulée car « en cours de préparation » pour une livraison prévue… le 4 Décembre au plus tôt. Lorsque j’ai passé cette commande, il n’était signalé nul part que la commande ne pouvait être annulée seulement dans les 15min qui suivent. Alors, vous allez me dire c’est écrit dans les CGV, et puis je pense qu’une information aussi importante que celle-ci devrait figurer hein en évidence non ? C’est clairement de la vente forcée même si le retour est proposé après réception du colis. Lol vraiment un site 0 et un service client 0. Je ne recommanderais PLUS JAMAIS sur el site Internet.

Selbst 1 Stern ist für dieses Unternehmen schon zu viel. Die deutsche Nummer aus Österreich ist unerreichbar und die österreichische Nummer ebenso. Nachdem ich bereits eine email geschickt hatte das meine Bestellung beschädigt ankam, bekam ich heute nur eine email das das Paket geliefert wurde und nichts fehlt obwohl ich komplett was anderes gemeldet hatte und zwar das meine Bestellung beschädigt ankam. Eine absolute Frechheit und wenn ich jetzt die ganzen negativen Bewertungen lese, kommt mir das wie eine betrügerische Masche vor !
