I ordered three items from Sephora as a Christmas gift. Although the parcel arrived on time, it contained someone else’s order. None of the items matched what I paid for, and the contents were of significantly lower value. What is completely unacceptable is Sephora’s response — or rather, total lack of one. I have contacted them repeatedly via every available channel and have received no reply whatsoever. Being ignored at any time is bad enough, but doing so right before Christmas shows a complete disregard for customers. This has left me without the gifts I paid for and without any resolution. I am now forced to escalate this matter further. Order number: FN98090942 Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Sephora if something goes wrong — because customer support appears to be non-existent.

Be careful of this lot. My son ordered aftershave for Christmas presents. Spent about £60. Haven't received anything and they won't reply to emails. Trying to recoup the money from his bank.

Meine 11-jährige Tochter hat für sich von ihrem Taschengeld 3 Produkte gekauft von denen nur eins ankam, das 5-Euro-Produkt war im Paket und der Rest für knapp 40€ fehlte komplett. Nun sollen wir innerhalb einer kurzen Frist zur Post rennen und eine Schadensmeldung machen, obwohl wir schon Fotos vom Paket an den Sephora Kundenservice geschickt hatten. Toller Kundenservice, da hätte man auch einfach mal eine Ersatzlieferung machen können statt dem Kunden die ganze Arbeit aufzubürden, wir können nichts dafür dass hier ein fast leeres Paket ankam, aber da tun die sich nichts von an, also wir werden da nichts mehr kaufen! Rein rechtlich auch nicht in Ordnung so... aber ist halt Sephora, überteuert und mega schlechter Kundenservice, wir werden da keinen Cent mehr ausgeben!

Ich habe fünf Produkte bestellt, ausschließlich wegen der laufenden Holiday Game Kampagne (6 Mini-Produkte + Rabatt). Die Bestellung wurde vollständig storniert, ohne dass ich vorher kontaktiert wurde. Die angegebenen Gründe sind widersprüchlich: zuerst Nichtverfügbarkeit, dann angeblicher Zahlungsfehler. Tatsächlich wurde der Betrag korrekt abgebucht. Ich habe keine Lösung oder Alternative erhalten. Diese Vorgehensweise ist enttäuschend und unfair. Ich hoffe, Sephora nimmt dies ernst und bietet eine angemessene Kompensation an.

Noch nie erlebt, dass ein Online-Shop es einem SO SCHWER macht, etwas zurückzusenden. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Da bestelle ich nie wieder!

I attempted to buy a set of make up brushes for my sister in law for a Christmas present. I ordered the brushes on the 27/11 and received notification that they were dispatched on the 28/11 and then delivered by Evri on the 29/11. However, I never received this order. I attempted to contact Evri who told me I would have to contact Sephora. I sent them an email on their ‘contact form’ however never received a response. A week late I sent a further two emails finally getting a notification that they received my email but nothing about resolving my problem. It’s now 14/12 and still not resolved. No refund, no new product dispatched. So I’m going to have to spend more money to buy another present. This company is clearly rated 2.5 for a reason. Do not buy from here.
