I do love their make ups, I personally use them so I tried ordering online for a Christmas gifts for my friends however it didn’t came before Christmas. I do understand it’s a peak season and the package is secure as well since it’s all make up.

Ich habe einen concealer von Natascha denona bestellt. Allerdings kam das Produkt beschädigt an. An dem Verschluss war etwas abgebrochen und das Produkt war dadurch ausgetrocknet, so dass es nicht zu benutzen war. Ich habe mich umgehend an den Kundenservice gewandt und mir wurde sehr schnell und freundlich geholfen. Ich habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt und schon nach 4 Tagen wurde mein Geld zurückerstattet.

The product was good and the staff was good but I just didnt like how anytime I whould ask for help it whiuld take a long time before someone whould attend to me but overly amazing nice and respectful staff.

Nota di merito anche per il servizio Yves Saint Laurent: un truccatore esperto e di grande professionalità mi ha consigliato, fatto provare i prodotti e spiegato come usarli al meglio, con precisione e passione.

mi trovo bene da sephora quasi ogni volta che ci vado, alcune commesse sono gentili e affidabili e inoltre una volta ho avuto tanti campioncini e in altri li ho dovuti chiedere o me ne davano uno. Ma del resto (apparte i prezzi un pó cari) sono sempre gentilissimi.
