I ordered $105 worth of product and had it shipped to the UK and had to pay approximately $30 in taxes. When my parcel arrived only $45 worth of product arrived and $60 was missing. I called them straight away and they told me they had forgotten to put that in the box and they would refund me the $60 and I could order again. That means I would have to pay tax and shipping twice. I told the lady that and she said if I order again I can email them and they will refund me the shipping cost. but what about the $30 in tax? well I'd have to pay it again! I tried to explain to her but she said there is nothing she can do because they can't resend items if it's international. Now this is entirely not my problem. I have paid tax on something that they forgot to pack and I'm the one who has to still pay for it. absolutely disgraceful! I sent them an email to tell them this and they told me it was already resolved. Even more annoyed now. Never will I ever shop at Sephora again unless they can seriously fix this and send me the product I ordered and paid tax and postage on with no extra cost.

Did not receive exactly what I ordered - customer service did not even bother to ask which part of my order was not receiving and when I told them, they did not care. I will never again use their website or store for anything. Not that they care haha.

I'm really disappointed, I went into the store and I was just ignored. I tried to make contact with one seller but without result. It's unacceptable ! Well I was looking for a lipstick and I managed myself and bought one. When I came home, I tried it and it was horrible, I spend 30 $ for nothing.

Disappointed with the attitude from numerous reps when calling. Unhelpful and cocky company. Will be taking my business elsewhere after this horrible experience.
