The worst web experience ever this people are a scam they have no customer service skills and send no products and on top they keep your money and send you a fake tracking number and if you call to cancel your order they will tell you they can't ahh and how about the two day shipping not working delivery scam?? they need to be under investigation since they keep peoples money and that is stealing what a joke of a website i thought sephora was a respectable name but i see i was wrong !

Their customer service is the worst ever. They are too slow in responding and most of their agents will always misunderstand your issue then it will a few days for them to be able to address the issue properly. I don't get it why Sephora who has lots of money can't properly find better support for their customers who's spending heaps of money.

Extremely annoyed a lipstick was shipped in a 12x12 box. Way to be green Sephora.

they sure have exclusive brand such as Kat Von D where you cannot find anywhere beside their stores. However, I have bad experience shopping through their website (NZ). One day I find at front page that they have promo on free liner/pouch on shopping on KVD, but when you click on the KVD page on Sephora, it was not said any detail code or whatever, so I just shop assuming I will get the gift anyway. Next day I checked the website, now they put the code of what free items you want to get! I contacted their customer service and got answers in about two days, saying that it was too late and sorry if I have heard the promo before. Well, it is not rumour of the freebie but you guys already put the advert on front page and should be responsible to it isn't it? I know it's only a small gift, just pissing me off for not being responsible of what you've advert, talking about good customer service!!

I logged a complaint about 5 weeks ago regarding thier shop in Calais,France. The complaint was about the shocking and humiliating service my daughter recieved at the store. It was blatant discrimination as my daughter is English and 5 people came in after her who were French and were served straight away and she was ignored despite asking for help numerous times.. She was also stalked around the store by the security guard who was very intimidating standing right by her all the time while groups of French teenagers just galavanted round the store unchecked. I was watching all of this from the doorway and had to intervene and tell him to back off and actually get her served then the server was surly boardering on rude to her. This was a special day out for her as she had saved and saved to go to your store in Calais,France. Having recieved nothing from anyone not even an apology I can see that this attitude is prevalent throughout the company and seems to be the norm not the exception to treat thier customers like dirt.This is just disgusting treatment and I will be leaving bad reviews on every site I can about the disgusting treatment we have received. I logged complaints with the American side of the business who said not a problem they would send to the store in Calais, 5 weeks later and not nothing. I also logged a complaint with what I hope is the European side as well,and surprise surprise have recieved no response from either,but it's what I have come to expect from this horrible company. All I keep getting is a standard response with a web address for the European side of the business which is useless and does nothing and does not let you complain to the actual shop as the email says it will.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH CONTEMPT.

il giorno 20/06/2017 ho effettuato un ordine e dopo 5 min ho annullato lo stesso per un errato acquisto.è da 1 settimana che sto cercando di capire quando mi restituiranno i miei 120 euro e ogni volta mi dicono che sono problemi della mia banca!! Chiamo la mia banca e mi dicono che loro non hanno stornato l'importo e che quindi io i miei soldi li rivedrò in automatico trascorsi i 25 giorni poi sono obbligati per legge a restituirmeli altrimenti sono denunciabili.!!! chiamo il servizio clienti,minaccio che vado per avvocati e mi rispondono che tanto loro sono assicurati e che lo stipendio lo prendono lo stesso! ho mandato 4 mail , ho telefonato 3 volte al servizio clienti e cosa ho concluso?NULLA!! Fanno i sapputelli dicendomi di andare a leggere i termini e le condizioni e cosa leggo?dicono che per il diritto di recesso ci vogliono 15gg per il riaccredito e per un annullamento devo aspettare quando? non è indicato un bel tubo!!!sono solo degli incompetenti. una vergogna!!!

Dovevo fare come regalo ad una mia carissima amica a Milano una delle carte regalo di sephora. Peccato che dal sito web (con il servizio "click&collect" direttamente nel beaty store), questo non sia possibile e non solo. Non viene scritto o avvisato da nessuna parte!! E io che ci provavo da giorni, dopo aver anche contattato il servizio clienti per poi ricevere il giorno del compleanno della mia amica (cioè l'ultimo giorno in disposizione) che questa cosa NON si può fare dal loro sito. Ma accidenti, ditelo subito no?? Mi ricordo che il giorno della registrazione sul sito mi era arrivata una mail di benvenuto dove scrivono che si può comprare online e per ordini maggiori di 40 euro la spedizione è gratuita. E visto che era il mio caso ho pensato che era magari il di usufruire di questa possibilità. Riprovo tutto il procedimento ma alla fine scopro che non era così. La spedizione gratuita vale solo per gli ordini maggiori di 60 euro. Bugiardi pure! Pessima esperienza con il servizio di vendita online!

Le 18 janvier j'ai déposé un avis sur la conduite inqualifiable dont j'ai été victime à Sephora Saint Denis. On m'a obligé a payer une prestation que je n'avais pas demandé. J'avais simplement demandé a essayer un rouge à lèvre. La vendeuse a passé trop de temps avec moi au pour sa responsable. Je n'ai jamais demandé un maquillage complet. Atteinte d'un cancer je n'ai pas eu l'énergie de faire face a cette "responsable" très agressive et je suis sortie du magasin en larme. J'ai aussi écrit au service client. Aucune réponse, ce qui démontre le manque de respect pour ses clients. Je comprends mieux la mauvaise moyenne de cette enseigne. Tout ce que cette entreprise à su faire c'est bloquer mon avis sur cette boutique sur leur Site. The manager of the shop was verbal rude to me in front of her staff and customers and forced me to pay for a complimentary trial of their products done in good will from the store make up assistant. I'm a cancer patient so I reserved my energy to engage her. At no time was there a price negotiated. I was ready to buy some of the products suggested, the girl did her job I wrote a comment on Trustpilot and on their site and i event wrote & mailed a letter to their customer service department. No answer from them? which shows a total lack of respect to their customers.
