Sephora really needs to work on their staff costumer service
I LOVE the variety of brands and products that Sephora has, but 90% of the time their costumer service is so awful that I rather avoid shopping there unless there is a product that I absolutely want or need and is not sold anywhere else. I live in Tucson, AZ and usually go to the store located inside the Tucson mall, everytime I go I regret going back. The staff is rude, and they make you feel rushed and that you are bugging them whenever you ask for help or for a sample of their products. The last time I went was unfortunately not the exception, I was looking to buy a new foundation from YSL. The tone that was originally matched with my skin by the first staff member helping me didn’t convince me, so I asked another girl working there if she could try blending a darker tone on my neck or face. She rudely pumped some of the foundation from the bottle I handed her on the back of my hand, and said “This is how it looks”. Then I heard her asking her coworker with a rude and annoyed tone “Can you finish her? I am supposed to be with my appointment helping another costumer” If she would have kindly asked me to wait for someone else because she had an appointment, I would have understood. There was no need to be rude. I wish I remembered her name to file a formal complaint, but I remember her looking hispanic and having very short hair, a thick accent and dark skin. Also, this is not the first time I have to deal with rudnes at Sephora. Perhaps the store is understaffed and employees feel pressured and rushed.
