Horrible people skills...very judgemental based on appearance...seems to be racial bias and discrimination. I hate consulting with them for any makeup advice..always think they know better therefore have a bad attitude towards beginners.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Horrible customer service and online ordering . I've orderd for years and never had this happen or any issues . They charged my card the total amount of my order and then almost a day later charged my account another charge !!! I called customer service the first lady said her computer was all wonky and not working and then I asked for her manager and he told me it's the banking system they do a pending charge and then give the money back .. first of all it does not state anywhere and the manager even admitted they did not inform what so ever that they would be taking way more money out of my account then they said in the emails. He was rude he kept repeating himself and talking over me. He offered me a 10$ dollar credit which was not near what they took from me . I'm late on my rent now cause I didnt expect them to take the last of my money. Cause they already took what was owed. I'm furious with this situation . My bank specified that the orginal charge is not pending and that it fully went through! So theres no reason at all to take more money !!! They basically robbed me for the last of my money. And told me for half hour they couldn't help me. What a joke ! Absolutely horrible customer service I will be switching where I purchase my makeup . HORRIBLE

Advent calendar had all of one side missing but it was bought when working in Venice as a gift to niece in Glasgow. Sephora customer service atrocious and just passing us between countries or ignoring us completely. If a company is going to operate globally they need to treat their customers globally.

Mancanza di organizzazione del click and collet. Fatto la fila alla cassa per il ritiro dell'oggetto..... Fatta un altra fila per l'impacchettamento che avrei dovuto trovare pronto.. I campioncini c'erano ma non me li hanno dati..... Insomma ho perso tempo al computer

Customer service does not exists. Parcel still hasn't arrived after almost 3 weeks Not happy...... Better to shop else where..carrier is trying to help but Sephora just gives an automated message and asks to email....Already have done that!!

Just came back from Sephora shop in Ras al Khaimah(Al Hamra mall)in the United arab emirates....one of the worst customer service ever,the ladies treat customers without any manners,and try continuously to sell you something very expensive and that has nothing to do with what you are looking for...not to mention that after spending a considerable amount of money,at the request of some samples they reply they didnt have any....you are kidding right?Awful

Abito a Vicenza, in centro città abbiamo uno store sephora. La commessa che si occupa del reparto profumeria è sgarbata e maleducata. Ha addirittura affermato che un profumo che cercavo fosse fuori produzione (notizia completamente errata visto che poi ho trovato la fragranza che cercavo da Douglas) Ci vado solo perché é l’unico negozio in centro ad avere certi marchi di Make-up.
