DO NOT BUY FROM SEPHORA AU! I ordered the very expensive Dyson hairdryer and needed to return as it was bought as a gift that was no longer needed and now they are telling me it was bought it in sale so it cannot be returned??? (It was a 15% off sitewide when I purchase so hardly a specific sale item. The customer service advisor was thoroughly unhelpful. DO NOT BUY from here, I cannot believe in this day and age a retailer would have such an old fashioned approach! I work in Marketing - it's helpful to remind brands sometimes that it takes 12X the cost to acquire a new customer as it does to keep one loyal??

Svindyr returfrakt! Vi sökte på "handsprit" och fick upp Sephoras hand clensing gel och beställde. Det visade sig dock att det var "kosmetiska geler vars funktion är att rengöra dina händer och inte att desinficera dem". De står dock under handsprit. Returen måste vi betala och även med leverans till dörren. De skickade dessutom två paket som nu ska tillbaka, fraktkostnad 380 kr (Schenker, billigaste alternativet). Vill varna alla från att handla i denna usla butik! Hade gett 0 i betyg om det gick.

I ordered the huda beauty dusk eyeshadow pallet on the sephora app. It arrived within less than a week. When it arrived i was so excited and opened it to find that it had been previously swatched. It was obvious as there were finger prints on the eyeshadow colours and smudged and it wasn’t smooth as it should’ve been prior swatched. This is my first bad experience with sephora and i have been purchasing from them for years. With the current covid situation going on this is very unhygienic and poor customer service. As consumers rights we should receive brand new products that we have paid for.

I normally love Sephora; however, my recent customer service experience was disheartening. They spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand simple math. This was from the manager! They lost a decade plus customer. She wasn’t concerned about this. They refused my coupon return (500 point purchase) even though my packaged was lost and some items couldn’t be resent. Even though the manger said she understood, she tried correcting me over and over. I will take my business to Ulta permanently.

Pessimo,orrendo.Ho fatto un ordine,che è arrivato incompleto.50 euro di prodotto spariti.Sul sito appare la scritta rimborsato.Ma NESSUN EFFETTIVO RIMBORSO sulla carta.Che fregatura.Assistenza clienti inesistente,messo là per fare scena.Mai più da Sephora.Grande marchio sembrava,ma alla fine è solo una grande azienda di ladri.

Sono dei f d p , non mi e’ arrivato l’ordine non rimborsano e nemmeno rispondono, al telefono dicono che il problema e’ mio visto che tutti i clienti sino contentissimi ed io sono sbagliata, niente ho perso 62€ , altre aziende tipo amazon non ti chiedono niente e ti rimpiazzano l’ordine, questi manco rispondono, da denuncia, ladri orrendi, NON COMPRATE DA SEPHORA!!!!

Assurdo come ti rifilino di tutto pur di farti comprare cio che pensi ti serva ma in realtà è solo una grande fregatura

Bestellung einfach so am nächsten Tag ohne Grund und Erklärung storniert. Habe dort angerufen, mir wurde erklärt die Ware ist nicht lieferbar, da ausverkauft....aber während dem Bestellprozess und danach war noch alles vorhanden :-)hab sogar Bestätigung bekommen. Unseriös!
