They are awful. I will not be buying from them again. I ordered some stuff for Christmas on the 6 Dec and it was supposed to have been delivered by the 17 Dec. It's been two days already and I've received nothing. If I knew there was a chance I wouldn't get the stuff before Christmas I wouldn't have gone through with the order. LaserShip is the delivery company and other than it arriving at their main delivery hub on the 16 Dec there have been no further updates. And every day the expected delivery day is shown as the same day I'm looking at it but it isn't out for delivery. Absolutely useless. Thanks Sephora, I wont have any Christmas presents under the tree because you!!

I’ll start by saying I have been a loyal Sephora customer for years and have been a VIB Rouge for the last several years. However, after this experience I will not be shopping this brand again. In September I was able to redeem points for a $100 digital card when I placed an order. I didn’t get an email and it didn’t show up with my order. So I phoned. They sent it promptly. I received the digital card on 9/24. It very obviously says in the fine print on the digital card “expires 90 days from the date of this email” which means it’s still valid as I write this. I tried to use it in store, the retail team agreed it should be valid, called in to their support center and said a card would be issued within 24-48 hrs, unless she lied. She was very apologetic and did her best to help me. The next day I received an email saying that they would not be honoring the card or sending a new one. They refuse to honor it, claiming different reasons. Of those reasons, they said it’s 90 days from the redemption date, that’s it’s 90 days of the original email, and that it’s my fault that I didn’t read the fine print. I did read the fine print on the digital card and am very clear about what it says. I’ve emailed, I’ve called and I’ve messaged them through Facebook. They refuse to acknowledge the credit. I’m an honest person, I have the only email I’ve ever received regarding this redemption and I only received it after I called them. The original order doesn’t say anything about the expiry date and of course its not a regular reward so you can’t even go by what that says. Overall, this has been a rather disappointing experience from a company I’ve supported for many years. And I’m sure they won’t miss my business since they are quite popular, but from now on I will shop elsewhere. Oh and I’ll be returning all purchases made within the last 30 days since that is allowed in the fine print!

Bitte hier nicht einkaufen!!! Ich hab 100ml Coco Chanel gekauft und was kam nach 4 Tagen Verspätung an? 7,5 Ml 7,5!!!!!! Absolute Frechheit, muss zu gemacht werden Der Laden. Bitte nichts kaufen geht zu Flaconi !!!!

Mi hanno regalato il calendario dell’avvento, WILD WISHES costo 39.00 euro, devo dire che Sephora ha fatto una bella sorpresa ai clienti, su 18 caselline aperte fin’ora, già in due, per l’esattezza la nr 10 e la 18, non ho trovato nessun regalino, ne mancano ancora 6, vedremo se sarò più fortunata. Mi sono recata nel negozio dove è stato acquistato il calendario (negozio Sephora presso centro commerciale Il Globo di Busnago provincia di Monza Brianza) per far presente del piccolo inconveniente e la “gentilissima” direttrice del punto vendita mi ha detto di disfare completamente il calendario per controllare se, per caso, i regalini mancanti non fossero scivolati incautamente nel retro. Posso capire che su tante confezioni l’errore ci può stare, ma almeno scusarsi con il cliente, visto che il calendario non è gratuito, mi sembrava un gesto di cortesia. In fondo io non ho chiesto niente, ho solo segnalato un problema e mi sono quasi sentita in torto io a causa del comportamento poco professionale della direttrice. Comunque è Natale per tutti e il momento non è dei migliori, non voglio polemizzare eauguro buone feste a tutti. Naturalmente i miei prossimi acquisti non avverranno nei negozi Sephora. Simona

Do they actually have a customer service department? Inept representatives with obviously poor training. They have no idea where my package is, only that is "in transit". Not good enough and I had to purchase the product locally.

Meine Bestellung von vor einem Monat wurde aufgrund technischer Probleme auf der Website storniert. Ich habe mein Geld noch nicht zurückbekommen. Gibt es jemanden, der das Geld zurückbekommen hat?

Absolument aucun service clients. J'y ai acheté un mascara Kat von D hier, comme n'importe quelle cliente, je l'ouvre en rentrant chez moi, la catastrophe. Il est entièrement sec, inutilisable, à 12 euro le mini mascara... Pas top. Je retourne au magasin ce jour avec le ticket de caisse, pour demander un échange produit, même pas un remboursement, et NON. Pourquoi ? Parce que je l'ai ouvert, et la texture est soit disant normale. Je propose de prendre autre chose et payer la différence, toujours non. Donc si vous voulez acheter des produits de mauvaise qualité et vous faire arnaquer, allez y les yeux fermés, si par contre vous voulez un minimum de service clients qui fait son travail de commerçant n'y allez pas, gardez votre argent pour un autre magasin.
