If i could give a 0 i will absolutely give it! worst service client eveer! they have cancelled my order and also withdraw the money from my account, i called them the employee was screaming at me i can’t believe that such a bad client service exists in a big company like Sephora! Believe me guys it was horrible be CAREFUL!!

Before Christmas of 2020 I bought some makeup and was told if it didn't match if I come in with proof of purchase they could return the product. Well it did match but I found that I had already had the same color from them. I didn't have my my receipt so they said that since I used my beauty discount program whatever it is that they have they could give me a credit for me to purchase something else because they couldn't see what payment method I use purchased the makeup so I had my mom send me a copy of the receipt but she didn't send me the complete receipt they couldn't use that I understood but I was a little frustrated because I was treated like I stole the makeup it really pissed me off so I came back again and I had the receipt and the lady was still treating me nasty I end up catching her in a lie because I came in with another product and I purposely didn't bring the receipt because I wanted to see if they could look up and see the proof of purchase Method which they could because she was like oh I see that you use $25 in cash and then you upgraded a product oh so you can see the proof of purchase you can tell me if I use cash or credit I just literally got upset because they lied to me I can no longer spend my money in a store where the workers are liars they profile you because of your race and they think that you're stealing out of the store I just believe that at this point they just need to be closed down because the customer service skills have gone down over the years their workers profiling people and it's just ridiculous seeing so many reviews where people are saying that Sephora workers are treating them like they're stealing what are they so paranoid for are they actually stealing from the company like I don't get it

Acquisto un profumo online, vado per il ritiro nella sede vicino alla chiesa della Gran Madre di Torino e mi dicono che non possono darmi il prodotto per un problema di gestione della transazione. Mi dicono di stare teanquillo perché i soldi non verranno scalati dalla carta di credito. Dopo una settimana l’ordine viene annullato e loro si tengono i soldi, pratica passato al mio avvocato di fiducia e non acquisterò mai più da loro!

I have spent at least 5,000.00 with sephora. I have received damaged eyeshadow palette 2 times they did replace. I kept placing orders. Now I have sent back 4 orders. They say I cannot return them I order them by mail. They aren't sending me anything no products and no refund!! This is stealing!! It was Christmas time and some products people didn't like the brand and most products weren't even opened! They owe me all my products or money!!! They are stealing from customers!! Beware of this happening to you!!

Habe es über Weihnachten nicht geschafft, einen Artikel - ein leider falsch ausgesuchtes Geschenk - innerhalb der vonseiten Sephora sehr knapp bemessenen, gerade der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestvorgabe entsprechenden Widerrufsfrist von 14 Tagen zurückzusenden und deshalb zweimal den Kundenservice kontaktiert, ob man nicht doch das ungeöffnete Produkt kulanterweise zurücknehmen könnte. Zweimal wurde schlichtweg auf die 14 Tagen verwiesen und dass man da nichts machen könnte. Da sollte man sich in Anbetracht des deutlich besseren und kulanteren Services bei der Konkurrenz schon überlegen (teilweise werden da ja auch geöffnete Produkte in teils deutlich längeren Fristen zurückgenommen), ob man weiterhin bei Sephora bestellen möchte.

Ich habe ein Produkt für ein Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt und es immer noch nicht erhalten. Der DHL Sendungsverfolgung zufolge wurde das Paket 2 mal beschädigt und "neu verpackt", 1 mal fehlgeleitet und dann letztendlich der Inhalt der Sendung beschädigt. Heute ist der 13.01.21, also 24 Tage nach meiner Bestellung und ich habe weder das Paket noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Für ein Weihnachtsgeschenk ist es zu spät. Die Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice gehen nicht auf das Problem ein und verwenden automatische Antworten. Liegt auch wahrscheinlich daran, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht richtig Deutsch sprechen können und das Problem daher nicht richtig verstehen. Ich habe eine Rückerstattung beantragt, von Sephora kommt nur die Antwort doch noch weitere 10 Tage zu warten, damit sie dann erst DHL kontaktieren, um zu recherchieren, also nicht mal um die Rückerstattung zu veranlassen. Einer der schlechtesten Kundenservices, den ich je erlebt habe.

Seriously the worst website ever... I made 2 returns on the same order, both somehow ended up with the same tracking number and Newgistics is so terribly slow and unreliable!! One package with 1 item in it made it to the return facility, thank goodness, 3.5 weeks later, however a package with over 250$ of return in it is somehow lost and not being registered..... and guess what, because they have the same tracking number they can't track it! Ugh!!! BIG NO unless you don't mind being out 250+ dollars... ):

Servizio clienti pessimo. Ho un pacco bloccato perché Sephora non ha trasmesso l'indirizzo completo per il destinatario, e Bartolini non mi permette di aggiungere il numero civico perché richiede che sia il mittente a farlo. Risposte assenti su ogni canale, e l'unico numero telefonico è a pagamento!
