The costumer service most improve. Nobody on the phone, any answer if you have a doubt. All my shipment arrived late and one of my products was open.

Sono abbastanza delusa del servizio anche se credo sia dovuta alla politica del personale, dopo aver speso circa 100€ non mi è stato dato nessun campione omaggio. Non è il miglior modo per fidelizzare i clienti

I went to Sephora store in Stockholm, Sweden. Three employees were not able to tell me where I could find the necessary products (I showed them screenshots from Sephora site) or if they were in stock, not to mention they looked annoyed as hell, though I referred only to those who were not servicing other customers or doing smth. 'Look overthere' with a vague gesture was the only response I could get. At the check out cashier asked me if had the necessary sum. OK, maybe she did not mean it like that, 'cause English was not her mother tongue. I guess I should note that I had kinda grungy look (quality garments, but intentionally given the distressed appearance), so maybe they thought that I would not leave with a big receipt, but it was unprofessional anyway. Eventually I made a purchase, but only because I had to hurry to the airport and had no time to look for another shop nearby.

kommer inde for en uge eller for længere tid, dog modtger du din varer og altid små produkter

Non fanno annullare gli ordini, non è normale. Ho riempito il carrello con 5 prodotti e mi ritrovo un ordine con 3 prodotti, quindi un ordine incompleto senza nessun motivo valido. E non posso cancellarlo.

I gave some stars to give their few good employees some credit, and because they do sell some pretty good products. HOWEVER if you value good, polite or (at the very least) fair customer service, half the time you just do not get it and its a horrible experience! It’s just not worth it, I’d rather go somewhere where I feel comfortable, where I can trust that I will be helped. Not a place where I wonder if someone is going to insult me/I second guess even asking for help. My experiences were- I was called a liar, was told they’d revoke my points until I email them proof of purchase, was ignored for a month after I did this, then when I gave the store another chance because of a different employee, my order was messed up, samples were missing, and points were not refunded for a couple *already ordered samples that were suddenly became out of stock.

I am a Sephora Rouge Member and I always pay through Paypal. Recently there was an issue with my Paypal account (they charged my bank account instead of my credit card) and there was a miscommunication following my claim with Paypal which was quickly resolved with Paypal, returning the amount and retaining the money again for my Sephora Order. It's been WAY OVER a month now, my orders from Sephora are blocked from their system, even if I use other payment methods. I contacted them through online chat TWICE, the second time I was told that I would receive an email within 5(!) days, which I did, prompting me to call one of their beauty advisors to "verify my personal information". Half an hour spent on the phone with the beauty advisor to be told that I would need to check with them again after a week! What kind of customer service is this? I have 5 orders - all of them blocked, tried once again after "I verified my information" - my credit card goes through ok and then Sephora cancels my order! In any case, if they have a problem with my account, it shouldn't be me calling them, they should be calling me! Unless they don't want customers - in which case fine, there are plenty of other options.
