They have the worst customer service! I’ve been a beauty insider for years and in 2021 is when I made the decision to NEVER shop there again! They sent an almost expired foundation in my last order, I contacted them about it and wasn’t even thinking of a replacement but their response pissed me off. They simply denied any support because I used a forwarder parcel service on one of my orders a year earlier! So basically I shop and ship directly to my home in the US but because I once used a forwarder service they no longer support any of my online orders! Their customer support told me to never shop online and go to their store and shop! Can you believe it, I’ll save you the trouble I will take all my shopping somewhere else.

I can no longer support a company that fires someone for their political beliefs. Bring back Amanda

I am a conservative Christian who Sephora doesn't want but, sure does want my money. Don't go there. They're Christianphobic and has pulled a beauty influencer. They wanted to pay her ONLY if she promised to stay quiet. I'm super glad she didn't. I love everyone. My fellow Christians, the LGBTQ community as I have family and friends who are a part of that community. What I won't tolerate is sheer lack of the same respect for someone who's a Christian. Love and do no harm. That's my motto. But, we're done being tolerate of hate

When visiting a store I asked an associate of my points on the Sephora account for being a beauty insider expired. She said of course not! Imagine the surprise when I go to use my points for my birthday to get myself something special with all the points I’ve been saving and now they’re gone! Surprise surprise customer service said “there’s nothing we can do to give you back your points” points people, not dollars. They won’t re-Instate if your account has been inactive for one calendar year. So everyone know even if you’re protecting your family by not shopping in store and are weary of online shopping, know your points are only good if you use your account.

interacted with the most ignorant salesperson I have ever met. I asked for samples so I could try colors on at home in full makeup and in natural light and was told she couldn't do that because of, you know, Covid, but that she could instead put a sample on my skin to test the color there. My God are these people this stupid? I walked out. I cannot support a business with people this dumb.

Devo ricredermi su Sephora.it. Pensavo fossero onesti invece mi sa che mi sbagliavo. Ho ordinato il Flaweless Filter di Charlotte Tilbury, mi è arrivato subito per carità, ma appena sono andata a provarlo la confezione non era sigillata è il prodotto è secco e a metà, si vede che è vecchio, forse lasciato aperto chissà da chi. È una vera e propria truffa, costa 40 euro mica 4 euro. Il servizio clienti poi è inesistente, non ti degnano di una risposta da nessuna parte. Praticamente ho perso 40 euro e rischio anche di mettermi quel coso sul viso. Vi prego non comprate su Sephora. It Comprate altrove, dove sono più seri, affidabili e dove vi inviano prodotti integri
