Absolutely appalling customer service in Italy. I bought a perfume for around €100 in a store in Rome, I arrive home and open the box and realise it is the WRONG item that was shown to me in the store. I go to the store with the box, receipt and original bag and they refused to exchange it as the BOX HAS BEEN OPENED AND THE ITEM IS USED. I sprayed it once. I had to obviously open to realise it was the wrong product!?!? I can't see through the box or smell the perfume unless I open it and use it. They did not allow me to return and even were suspicious of me returning it opened. Sephora has lost a customer for life. I will never be buying anything from here again. I am also ashamed of Italian customer service. One of the worst I have ever experienced. Disgusting.

They deliver delicate items in an oversized box with no protection. When I complained they offered to replace it but I have to go to the post office to send back their damaged item. Too much of a hassle. Next time I will just go to Ulta! Thanks but no thanks Sephora!

Dopo anni di acquisti dall'apertura del negozio e online, tessera gold, un bell'investimento economico... Addio. Un servizio - se così vogliamo chiamarlo - clienti pessimo, inutile, una presa in giro. Contattato in tempo per un errore del corriere, nulla è servito. Informazioni errate e totale disinteresse, potevo dirlo a un passante e sarebbe stato più attento. C'è di molto meglio!! I siti diretti delle aziende, le profumerie online (ora moltissime) con prezzi migliori, campioni degni di nota, offerte e attenzione al cliente in ogni fase. Certo, ero abituata a frequentare il sito e la app: ma acquisirò migliori abitudini.

Se potessi darei ZERO. Una stella è anche troppo. Sono cliente Gold da anni ormai, ho effettuato un ordine consistente sul loro sito ricevendo un prodotto sbagliato. Ho chiesto che venissero a prendere a casa mia il pacco da loro sbagliato e mi è stato detto che devo pensare al reso io stessa e che mi ridaranno i soldi spesi nella spedizione tramite un buono Sephora. Forse non è chiaro che dopo questa cosa non mi vedranno mai più! Il servizio clienti mi ha detto che non posso riportare il prodotto errato presso il loro store perché esso non prevede pellicola trasparente e quindi non è sicuro per le norme anti COVID...quindi io, ricevendo quel prodotto senza pellicola, sono stata sottoposta ad un rischio. Se dovessi risultare positiva sarebbe colpa di Sephora perché mi ha inviato un prodotto non a norma e non sicuro? Ho posto questa domanda più volte senza aver mai ricevuto una risposta concreta. Dovrei chiedere i danni morali avendomi fatto perdere tempo e denaro per un loro sbaglio. Un’azienda che merita di non avere più neanche un cliente

Ho comprato nello shop via etnea a Catania ma sono cliente da almeno 10 anni Sephora black. Devo dire che mi hanno consigliato molto male e che se anche ero indecisa hanno spinto per la compra di un detersivo viso che dopo due giorni è come lo sospettavo non adatto a me. Pagato abbastanza e ora non potrei neanche chiedere il reso. Prima volta che mi capita ma non lo so se tornerò su Sephora oramai c’è molta offerta e forse le addette sono troppo prese da farti fare l’acquisto

Sephora has gone to the dark side! Way too political and I’m sick of hearing about you show casing black businesses! Just stop it! Enough of politics.Keep politics out of your business! Will never shop with you again!!

I’m giving one star because every time I place an order, I have to think twice. Why? Because the order never comes on time. You also choose what samples you want and they send you something else. Ridiculous.
