Worth customer service in the whole planet 🌎 !!!!!! Very disappointed with my first and last order . Even the supervisors don’t know what the heck they are doing !!!!!!!!! One word only nonprofessional!

Ho fatto un ordine in occasione dell'evento per i possessori di carta Gold e per la"ennesima volta nn ho ricevuto la box in regalo nonostante avessi fatto l'ordine subito e risultasse in fattura. Si sono scusati accreditando 10 euro sul prossimo acquisto ma per me stanno facendo una pessima figura per un'azienda che dovrebbe garantire per legittimità di tessera un regalo e non per velocità di prenotazione. Preferiscono inondare di regali le youtubers per la pubblicità anziché omaggiare i veri clienti. Se non altro una volta l'anno. Delusa

Vorrei sapere quanti clienti Gold non hanno ricevuto la Gold box, Io non l' ho ricevuta e ho fatto l ordine appena ricevuto il messaggio. immagino che saremo in molti a non averla ricevuta, Ma l ordine lo hanno comunque spedito... Mi hanno offerto un buono di 10 euro ma non si avvicina al valore della box,non sono soddisfatto, Sarò felice di modificare la recensione se vedrò la buona volontà di Sephora nel gestire il problema,ma leggendo le recensioni sotto la mia ne dubito

Fake offers not available to buy. Like the Foreo Luna 3 plus. When I click to buy it, it does not offer delivery? and it's not available to pick up in the store either?! This is just scam to have visits to the website and increase the webtraffic. It should not be allowed. It's not the first time it happens to me. Terrible experience.Sorry

Creating an online account takes 1 minute, but for deleting it they want your name, mail, and full address. US service replied with "Nope, can't do it because you have to write EU service". You can't simply close the account online. This is so crazy bad. Sephora, wow - you actually made me hate your service. And that's usually hard to do.

Leider habe ich mit Sephora Onlineshop sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe einen sehr teuren Duft retourniert, mir wurde auch bestätigt, sie hätten die Retoure erhalten, aber nach zahlreichen E-Mails und Anrufen habe ich mein Geld dafür nicht wieder bekommen. Auf E-Mails wird nicht einmal reagiert. Sehr unseriös. Kann nur jeden davor warnen. Update: Ich habe die Rückerstattung bekommen.

Very disappointed 😞😔😕never will I buy a sophera gift cards or purchase anything from their store. Bought a gift card for my neice and it said no balance on the cards. Call them up and nothing they can do.
