I ordered a 0.5 oz Drunk Elephant eye serum product from Sephora online. When I received it after ~5 weeks, the product arrived expired/rancid. The fragrance of the product is like that of rancid nuts or nut oils, not really acceptable to use. They have made the return/refund task exceedingly tenuous since notifying them of the issue.

Impossibile acquistare da sito e da app senza incorrere in malfunzionamenti. Spesso si bloccano, il carrello viene svuotato anche dopo un'ora dall'aggiunta dei prodotti, continuano ad essere visualizzati come disponibili (sia con consegna a domicilio che attraverso ritiro in negozio) molti prodotti in realtà esauriti e compare un messaggio solo al momento del pagamento vanificando il tempo impiegato per cercare i prodotti. In negozio ho sempre avuto esperienze più che positive ma è vergognoso che nel 2020 un colosso come Sephora non abbia uno shop online adeguato.

I have purchased items from places like CVS, Brat Buy and Staples and been pleased with the prompt service. I placed and order with Sephora a week ago and they literally have no idea of when my products will arrive. This will be the last time I buy from them. They’re not exactly a cheep option.

I placed an order with Sephora on April 29th during the VIB sale. It is now May 22nd and I still have not received my order. I understand the delays due to the pandemic as well as the back log that the sale usually causes, but almost 1 month for a domestic delivery?? I made 2 separate orders with Ulta earlier this week and both are now in my possession. I also called Sephora 5 days after placing my order to modify the color of one of the products I purchased. I was told once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Instead, I could choose to cancel my order and repurchase the item in the correct color at full price... or I can wait until the stores reopen. Those are terrible options and so wasteful! It's ridiculous that an order that is taking almost 1 month to get to me couldn't be modified. I wanted to avoid an exchange due to the pandemic and also because returned items often get scrapped. Prior to this, Sephora would also regularly not include my free samples in my packages. As a long-time customer, I'm just extremely disappointed. My experience with other companies during this time has been far superior.

Shipping during this pandemic is dreadful, esp if you’re a rogue member and use to 2-3day ship. I have many staple products that are empty but repurchases won’t get to me for weeksssss. It’s sounds bratty I’m sure but a gal needs her skincare
