I used to shop on Sephora regularly but since "inflation" hit, many of the products have went up in price, Sephora cut benefits and samples as a customer with them, and I realize many of the brands are super overpriced for what they are. It's still a genuine source to purchase authentic products but the formulations aren't better than many independent brands, and in fact, many of the product lines have tons of chemicals that are unnecessary and damaging for your hair and skin and those brand are continuing to skimp out to save money while charging customers more. Research carefully what works for you. I think the only things still worth buying are cosmetic tools and some Sephora-branded accessories. Other than that, we're all looking to save money and shopping here just pushes unnecessary consumerism behavior.

Visited the Sephora next to Cooper…
Visited the Sephora next to Cooper Street today with my 14-year-old son (who is 6'0"). The moment we walked in, a staff member named Ryan was eager and helpful. However, security and other staff simply stared at us, immediately making me feel like we were being profiled as shoplifters.
While Ryan was assisting me, my son set his bag of food and drinks on an unused workstation. Ryan and the other nearby employees had no issue with this. About 10 minutes later, another employee walked up to my son and aggressively snapped, "You can't stand here, this is our workstation." He moved immediately, but her hostile tone toward my child was completely uncalled for—especially since no other customers were seated or waiting to use the area.
Her behavior made my son feel forced to stand near the merchandise instead, yet she continued to shadow and watch him the entire time. Even while I was paying with cash at the counter, she stood by watching us, exchanging quiet whispers and signals with the cashier/manager. When I brought up my concerns to the cashier—who identified herself as a manager—her only response was a dismissive, "Oh, I get it, she could've said it nicer."
We weren't greeted when we walked in, and we were made to feel entirely unwelcome. I still completed my purchase, but I ended up buying less than I originally planned because of how uncomfortable they made us feel.
Message to Sephora: Not all Black people steal, and being a tall teenager does not make my child a target for harassment. Store associates should focus on customer service, not playing security guard and stereotyping paying customers who have accounts with you.
I won't be returning to this location. The ONLY reason this isn't a 1-star review is because of Ryan. He was superb, had fantastic customer service skills, and treated us with respect. I truly hope he prospers.

still fine
I visited Sephora recently. The experience was average overall, but I liked the product selection and store layout. Some items were a bit expensive, but the quality seemed good. Overall a normal shopping experience, nothing special but still fine.

Decent experience overall
Decent experience overall. Good products variety and the website is easy to use, but the Customer service can be inconsistent when there's an issue with an order or delivery. Still, most of the products I received were well packaged and all.
