Horrible customer service at Sephora. Don't speak English. Sent me to three different representatives. Told me incorrect information. Just frustration and nothing else. Horrible. I cannot understand how this is acceptable at such a big business like Sephora.

Esta marca es un timo con métodos de promoción de un zuc Marroquí! Te harcelan con promociones que luego no fonxionan. Cuando les he llamado me aplicanron un descuento en la cesta Internet pero luego al pasar pedido empiezan a marear cancelando pedidos diciendo que no tenía en stock aunque en Internet decía que si. Terminé par escoger un producto de remplazo y al recoger en la tienda de Sol la chica ha dicho que cancelaba por no tener en LA TIENDA, en Internet que si que habría. El producto no me iba de tono. Quieria comprar los productos que pedía inicialmente. Les llamé, expliqué que quería el descuento en productos que necesitaba inicialmente, que este no me sirve. Me han dicho que para volver a tener el descuento tengo que devolver éste. Le he dicho que ya lo he probado. No me lo van a coger. Ella ha dicho que al contar por Internet si que me lo van a procesar la devolución. En la tienda no lo aceptan. Resulta que al recoger en la tienda sería como si compraba en la tienda y no en Internet! (Marreos que te hacen es una locura!) Después de 3 días de mareos, vergüenzas y viajes a la tienda estoy con un producto que no necesito! Y al llamar al servicio al cliente de nuevo les digo que ya que he perdido el dinero en el primer producto que me aplican el descuento original en los productos que necesitaba! Y ellos dicen ahora que no van hacer nada! A evitar a comprar cualquier cosa en ésta marca!!!

Toujours pas de remboursement après un mois et demi, pour une commande qui n'est pas arrivée parce qu'un de vos vendeuses à fait une erreur. C'est du VOL!

Dopo molto tempo che non acquistavo (causa servizio scadente, assistenza clienti inesistente e sconti ridicoli) mi hanno mandato una mail in cui si prometteva uno sconto dedicato, ero vicino ad uno store e quindi ho deciso di dar loro un'altra possibilità. Risultato? La commessa non capiva come applicare lo sconto e ha iniziato a blaterare scuse assurde (non posso usare lo sconto nel loro store in Veneto perché ho fatto la tessera in Emilia? Hanno fatto la secessione e non lo sapevo?). Ho dovuto pagare tutto a prezzo pieno, poi ho segnalato la cosa via e-mail al servizio clienti aspettandomi quanto meno delle scuse. Mai ricevuta nessuna risposta. Sephora Italia è veramente vergognosa e davvero non capisco come sia possibile. Fatto sta che per fortuna mia (e sfortuna loro) ci sono molti concorrenti, soprattutto online, con una scontistica migliore e un servizio clienti che funziona. A mai più.

Return policy changed and no exceptions. Sephora always had a great return policy, which is part of why I shopped there, knowing that I could get my money back if a product did not work out. I had no idea the return policy had changed and tried to return a $36 facewash that gave me a rash, probably 85% full. It was more than 60 days since the purchase and they would not refund me. I even explained I had a family crisis that prevented me from taking care of this sooner and was not aware that the return policy had changed, and they would not make an exception. I will be switching to ULTA and buying directly from the distributors from now on.

Sempre peggio: adesso mi hanno anche cancellato la wishlist. E la giustificazione è un ‘anomalia del sistema’. Anche questa doveva capitare!

Very poor customer service. I bought a foundation online and it was not the same Color as in the picture and I went to change the Color next day in the boutique and they refused to return or change the Color and said I can gift it to someone or buy a darker shade then mix it with the lighter shade and use it and also advised to next time buy in the store. Seriously ?😡 I paid 700 for the foundation and what kind of recommendations I got instead of changing the Color. I’m never going to buy from Sephora again very bad Sephora 🥵

Jag beställde ett läppglans som hade färgen ljusbrun nude med rosa inslag inför mitt bröllop, fick då hem den som chock lila. Beställde från märket clinique och kontakta därmed kundtjänsten för att få lite hjälp och fick en kvinna med attitydsproblem som beskyller mig för att ha valt fel färg och där ja berättar att de fel på bilderna så säger hon till mig att de inte är hennes problem. Vilseledande marknadsföring är vad jag kallar SEPHORA. Dessa problem får man aldrig uppleva på kicks! Gå aldrig till SEPHORA om du inte vill bli missnöjd och sedan få en tjej på kundservice som berättar att de ditt fel.
