The worst and most abusive customer service. They haven't remitted any of my refunds, and their representatives for online are nasty, and simply hand up on customers when you ask to talk to a supervisor---it's happened to me twice, months apart. I now shop at Ulta and Amazon.

I’m currently going round in circles with a product complaint. Just keep getting this circuitous response asking me to contact Customer services. Which I do and then…………..🤯 I did place substantial orders in the spring, which were received. Then an order that got lost in transit and took more emails to get the correct refund. And now this? I’ve used Sephora shops abroad and their product catalogue is comprehensive. But heaven help you if you have an issue.

Beställde fel varor vilket jag kom på ca 25-30 minuter efter att jag lagt ordern. Gick inte att annullera beställningen mer än 15 minuter efter så tänkte att jag får returnera helt enkelt. Tråkigt att det inte framkommer på hemsidan att returen kostar runt 250kr!!! Går inte heller att returnera i butik med en beställningsvara men det framkommer ingenstans på sephoras hemsida. Hemskt att ett så stort och internationellt företag inte har bättre villkor än så. Det blir tyvärr inga fler köp hos dem.

Giving one star because cant give less .Who are they ? Feelunique ? Sephora? Look Fantastic ? Offered free delivery over £20 , just as payment is going through delivery is charged .I cancelled my order and then receive an email telling me it had been shipped .Emails get returned as undelivered ...chat lines cant answer your questions so just hang up .Will not use this company again .

Compro molto da sephora perché i prodotti sono buoni ma l'ultimo acquisto mi sta facendo penare perché la spedizione sembra persa nel nulla. Ho pagato la chiamata al servizio clienti una follia x non risolvere nulla, sul sito ho provato scrivere ma nessuna notizia: insomma il sito con relative consegne on line sono decisamente non all'altezza

I just ordered from the app, but I can’t log back in. I contacted Sephora and they said to delete the app and reinstall. I advised I’ve already done it. They said to change my password. Already have done everything they have suggested and I still can’t look at my account to check my point balance, check on the delivery of my order, place orders or shop. The problem is ongoing and now I can’t even log into my account via .com.

NON FATE CARTE REGALO ONLINE. Ho avuto in regalo da mia cugina una carta regalo per il mio compleanno, essendo che nella mia città non c’è uno store ho voluto attendere di essere al nord, ma ancora non me l’hanno saputa attivare perché è stata fatta online (??????wtf) il centro assistenza è pessimo, dicono di aiutarti e invece non lo fanno, li ho chiamati e ho ricevuto il telefono in faccia 3 volte. MOLTO delusa da sephora non acquisterò più nulla.
