Such a poor company to deal with. I ordered goods on an overnight service and 4 days later it's still in transit! Customer service is non existent. First and last time buying from them and I will never buy from Sephora again! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I'm tempted to cancel the transaction with the credit card company. No wonder Amazon are winning hands down on online ordering!

Don't buy from this company. Have order a cream twice and each time I received an email that the order wasd cancelled. When I complained they said that we cancelled the order ! What a scam !

Order a night cream, to my amazement I received a Nike t shirt!!!!!. Have emailed for correct item to be dispatched. Don't hold out much hope and now they have my money. Furious!

Usel webbshop och väldigt otydlig leveransmetod. Hade beställt en produkt med hemleverans ändå kommer den till utlämningsställe lååååångt bort (med dagens bensinpriser så blir det ju snordyrt!). Kundservicen lika dåliga de på att kunna förklara varför det har blivit så.

You need to restock your products. I've been waiting for months to purchase my shade of the it cosmetics cc cream, along with the powder range. The whole range is almost completely sold out and has been for months. I contacted to ask when they restock and just got told they don't have a schedule. That's not really good enough... No one wants to keep returning for months to try purchase a product and find there has been no update in stock. Never use to have this problem but its been an issue for most of this year. Just restock your products and have a definitive time frame or customers, like most other stores. I was a regular customer but am now force to buy elsewhere because of this issue. I know people with the same complaint and they have directed me to alternative sites/stores. I'll be directing other people to alternative stores as well if the issue with restocking continues.

Would give them 0 if I was able to! Ordered £135 worth of perfume with the promise of a free beauty gift worth over £120 because I spent £130+ free gift didn’t come, spoke to customer service and it’s “out of stock” so they won’t be sending it. Awful! Should not advertise something they do not want to fulfil. Sending this one back for a full refund and will order from a more reputable company!
