Absolute garbage of a company. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t received my package. The customer service is non existent, the live chat doesn’t work, no response to emails. They use the worst delivery company in the country- Evri. Never ordering from them again. Gonna have to try to get the money back through PayPal.

Nachdem eine bestellte Sendung nicht zugestellt werden konnte und die Ware zurück an SEPHORA ging reagiert man dort nicht auf Mails die ich dorthin geschrieben habe. Der Kunde ist bis zur Bezahlung König und danach der letzte A….h So etwas braucht kein Mensch

Ho acquistato un cofanetto profumo da 130 euro con il cyber monday, oltre che per 5 giorni non ho avuto notizie dell'ordine, oggi mi è stato annullato per mancanza del prodotto ( era un regalo a cui tenevo molto). Poca correttezza e pessimo sito.

Servizio on line VERGOGNOSO, se non siete in grado di evadere gli ordini EVITATE di fare offerte per il Black Friday; tenete impegnate le persone per poi dopo UNA SETTIMANA e ben 2 ordini fatti (il primo annullato da voi dopo giorni per mancanza materiale) non solo non ricevo la merce ma non siete nemmeno in grado di dirmi se è presente in magazzino. MAI PIU'

I used to order from feelunique but i need to wave goodbye to them since they became sephora. I have waited for my subscription beauty box which was late so i tried to contact them, but even if they suppose to deal with online customer service from 9-5 they are offline at 4. When i had a chance to reached them they had told me they cancelled my subscription and offered a £5 voucher which didn't work. I was upset, because, why they are cancelling and why they not contacting me before or after? Joke! I tried to reorder the beauty box, 5times i needed to approve the transaction and nothing happened...

Order a high priced tool that was on sale for black Friday. Charged my card. Waiting for days, still say processing. Order now cancelled but the item is available online (but at full price)! Losing the 500 points I redeemed as the order was cancelled not by my choice.

I ordered with next day delivery ahead of going away, and the items still haven't been delivered 4 days on with no info on when they'll be delivered. Sephora advised that 4 days is still within their next day delivery KPI and then the chat conveniently cut off. No info is being provided on whether I'll actually get my items or not and now all customer service contact lines are unavailable. Unreliable service and poor customer care.

Ho ordinato una cosa per il Black Friday con tanto di pacco regalo e dedica. Tra lasciando il ritardo di una settimana,non mo hanno neanche mandato la dedica. Servizio clienti praticamente insistente come il tracciare il pacco in tempo reale. Meglio altri siti che costano anche meno
