Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Was supposed to be 48 hr delivery but no sign 14 days later. Have tried to contact them multiple ways but no response. One message sent via their uk website went to the USA! They at least had the courtesy to respond but only to tell me they couldn’t help with uk orders. I have basically been robbed of £64 and plan to report them to trading standards. UPDATE: eventually got a refund via PayPal. Altogether a dire experience - I will never go near Sephora again.

am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Shopping The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered two items and then seen one of them on another site was over £22 Cheaper i contacted them immediately Before the order was dispatched. And I even asked if they would price match . But no and no they wouldn’t do either . So not happy It occurred on: 2022-12-17 This meant that Out if pocket Reduce the price I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to I have contacted via instagram but no reply there either

esperienza pessima l'unico sito in cui ti viene scritto che ci sono i prodotti, li metti in carrello per poi scoprire che non sono disponibili e non solo ti propongono negozi in cui puoi trovare quanto hai scelto e poi invece in negozio scopri che l'ordine è decurtato. Per peggiorare il tutto non ti avvisano quali prodotti sono realmente disponibili perdi tempo per raggiungere il negozio sono partita da un'ordine iniziale di oltre 50€ e in negozio ho trovato 2 prodotti per un totale di 6€! assolutamente una presa in giro! con email poi ti chiedono di dare un voto all'esperienza di acquisto.... e stranamente il sito non registra il voto deludente.....

Ordered a Christmas present on Thursday and paid for next day delivery, the parcel has still not arrived. I am very concerned it is not going to come in time for Wednesday for me to give to my mother. I have not been informed what day it will be arriving and I feel next day delivery should not be an option if you can not provide this service.

Prezzi assolutamente alti, ma dovevo spendere un buono pazienza....il profumo acquistato presenta un rincaro eccessivo,inoltre si sono persi in un bicchier d'acqua.. .nemmeno in pacchetto regalo...troppa fatica...hanno messo l'occorrente nella busta, una specie di casetta trasparente,assolutamente sproporzionata per il regalo molto più piccolo che ci ballava dentro...pertanto dopo aver speso 67 euro per un profumo che ne costa 50,sono dovuta andare pure dal cinese a comprare la carta regalo. Pessimi!!!!!!!

Ho acquistato un calendario Dell avvento e ho avuto una brutta sorpresa lo scatto del 15 dicembre è vuoto ho provato a controllare gli altri qualora ci fosse stato un errore e messi 2 regali in un altro scatolo ma nulla Non mi serva corretto e professionale dato anche il costo della box di 149 € avendola acquistata 2 mesi fa a prezzo pieno Spero di essere contattata da voi..
